There have been suggestions by others that Snowden might be a plant or a shill, perhaps even unwittingly. I have usually pushed such ideas aside, but somehow, looking at the picture of Ms. Mills at the Oscars, I'm wondering if she is not the best evidence that things are not what they seem. Consider the following:

Despite the US Govt's publicly expressed animosity toward Mr. Snowden, his girlfriend has seemed remarkably unmolested by the Feds, freely flying to Russia to be with him, and returning for the Oscars, and thus is apparently not on any no-fly list.

Though Mr. Snowden's parents, who have probably had limited contact with him in recent years, received a "visit" from the FBI, I have been unable to find any mention that Ms. Mills, Snowden's constant companion in Hawaii, received any such FBI attention.

How often do nerdly types like Mr. Snowden acquire hot girlfriends like Ms. Mills? I mean, c'mon.

So I don't quite know what to make of Ms. Mills, if she is not a handler and there is no psy-op going on with Mr. Snowden. Of course, she could be a Russian agent, rather than a US psy-op handler. She does have that look:
