Just as there were three principal political factions present in Philadelphia at the Constitutional Convention of 1789, so here at the beginning of a new decade in a new century, there appear to be three principal factions assembling their forces and preparing for the final showdown. Faction 1 of the New World Order has been identified as having its headquarters in the City of London, and as having much of the titled nobility of old Europe in the ranks of its leadership cadre. Because it has either created or hired the moguls of Tinseltown -- the Hollywood aristocracy -- to manage its many propaganda campaigns and its psychological war-fighting abilities, the New World Order can best be described by the term British Zionism. This does not imply that all Jewish people or organizations are part and parcel of the New World Order. It does clearly indicate that the elites of Europe have chosen to use liberal concepts of "democracy" to suborn and destroy the limited-government model of this free union of sovereign republics. Because it has also suborned many thousands of Jewish or Marxist lawyers and academics, the wary patriot must learn not to be deceived by appearances: not every Marxist is a communist, not every lawyer is an enemy officer, and not every starlet in Hollywood is a minion of Satan.

The goal of British Zionism is to obtain suzerainty over the Holy Land and to take control, specifically, of Jerusalem and its environs. The proposition has been advanced that Faction 2 is the principal opponent to this league of British Zionism with the self-aggrandizing Jews of Hollywood, and the slumbering legions of devil-worshippers who have yet to be activated. Propaganda counter-attacks staged by the British Zionist media in this country have sought to portray the Knights Templar of ancient origin as being a coven of Freemasons, Satanists and worshippers of Baphomet. Faction 2 is clearly opposed to the overtly pagan and socialistic Zionists of European royalty: it is less clear whether or not their ranks have been seeded with, or purged of, devil-worshippers; there are many facts which are in dispute amongst those who have openly declared themselves to be for human freedom and to be against the royalists. True Americans know no kings and bow before no princes, being republicans, and furthermore they acknowledge only Jesus Christ as their Lord and Master (although not every true patriot is a Christian one). Finally -- Faction 3 appears to be the smallest and has an obscure parentage, and its allegiance is in dispute.

Factions 1 and 2 must be understood to be trans-national in the current topsy-turvy political situation. Faction 1 forces have sought to establish control over various parts of the executive branch of the federal government of these United States, and in the halcyon years of the Two Clintons, they enjoyed many, many successes. But on April 17th of 1995, the assassination of Clark Fiester and Air Force Major General Glen A. Profitt II (along with six other military personnel, including two top-level pilots), brought the two Factions into open warfare. The slow-moving civil war which has ensued since then has raged inside the U.S. military, and abroad, and it has claimed many prominent persons as its casualties, including the late John F. Kennedy, Jr. and his pregnant wife.

Perhaps it was the murder of this promising scion of the Irish Catholic Kennedys which provoked a split in the Catholic Church, or perhaps that mighty institution has always been bitterly divided and operating against itself. True Americans cannot afford to see either "born-again" fundamentalist Protestants or devout Catholics as being automatically enrolled as the soldiers of Faction 1, just because they suspect the Jesuits of having a Black Pope or because they fear that the bible-believing ruffians of the middle western States are "intolerant." True Americans must study and learn the true history of their country, which is not a nation like other ethnically-cast national groups, but which is and always has been hybridized.

Comes now the current edition of David Pecker's weekly tabloid, The Sun, a full-color newspaper that used to be considered as nothing but "a scandal sheet." On the stands through July 3rd, 2001, the front page banner appeals, as always, to the older and more prosperous middle-class reader: the headlines read --

Vatican battle plan you must read to prepare for the months ahead

Unlike its trailer-park trash cousin, Weekly World News, the Sun is marketed to men and women of means, including those who shop for organic produce and who frequent chiropractors or homeopathic physicians. Both weeklies are part of the American Media stable of propaganda racehorses, The Sun having its headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. The current issue of The Sun is easily the most important publication for any reader of Rumor Mill News to read, and immediately, if they seek an understanding of Faction 2 and its long-term strategies for success.

"Vatican insiders warn that the Holy City is stockpiling supplies and now arranges extra security whenever the aging pontiff appears in public", writes Beth Gimmel.

"In addition, dioceses all over the world have been issued a seven-point battle plan to cope with the upcoming End Times events -- a guide to surviving the bone-chilling biblical prophecies coming to pass in 2001!"

Gimmel -- who may or may not be a real person writing under her own name -- lists the seven crucial issues that these "Vatican officials" have been instructed to address, by "top-secret orders from Pope John Paul II". What is more crucial than these paragraphs, which contain some of the usual hysterics about epidemics and famines, is the following passage from Part Two:

"Echelon, the notorious global eavesdropping system, will be connected via the Internet to credit card databases and personality profiles by September. Credit card companies and banks will announce the change as a fraud-protection measure, and soon it will be impossible to use credit cards or obtain loans without the computer system accessing your most intimate personal details."

Can anyone say "Hallelujah!??" Just over a year ago, some members of the media elite were still in complete denial about Echelon. Just over two years ago, it was being discussed mostly by the patriots and the paranoids who see government conspiracy facts in every box of cornflakes and on the backs of road signs.

Now a major weekly tabloid discusses Echelon as if it was often the topic at dinner parties and among the senior golfing set!!

Perhaps more astounding is Gimmel's recommendation for action against "the Mark of the Beast," or Echelon: "Before the system comes online, eliminate your credit cards and use cash for every business transaction possible." The Sun -- or The Spotlight??

Part Three advises that The Anti-Christ will be revealed. Part Four indicates that a new and false religion will rise very rapidly. Part Five states that a near-earth visit by an asteroid will litter the planet with deadly "toxic chemicals that will eventually poison the oceans and pollute the water table."

Part Six counsels the good Catholic (and others), to watch for War In Babylon, suggesting that Russia and Iraq will make an alliance and that then they will -- after some successes -- turn on each other with catastrophic results. And so on and so on.

Writing in 1963, Samuel B. Griffith noted that "unity was deemed by Sun Tzu to be an essential requirement of victorious war. This could be attained only under a government which was devoted to the people's welfare and did not oppress them." Unfortunately the post-Clinton era is not one where true Americans can see a benevolent federal government at work for them: the saboteurs, sappers and miners of the New World Order have laid their propaganda charges and demolitions very carefully -- their plan to fractionate and Balkanize these United States is well-drawn.

Faction 2, however, has apparently been instrumental in purging Opus Dei from the ranks of the FBI, or at least in shaking out its leadership cadres: but has Fac-Two reached an accomodation with some elements of the Roman Catholic church, sufficient to obtain the kinds of "insider" documents which would make this story in The Sun credible and salable?

Have the Catholic Church leaders loyal to John Paul II decided to pitch their tents with Faction 2, and thus to try to avoid or ameliorate a worldwide war between Islamic fanatics an Christian fundamentalists? That is the subset of meanings in the current issue of The Sun. The words or phrase "battle plan" occurs three times in this article: that happens not by mistake, but by design! Not a word or an image appears in The Sun that isn't carefully plotted, planned, or framed. It is quality work.

What is equally clear, is that the hold-outs of Faction 1 who persist inside of the federal government are deeply entrenched and possess many resources -- including Echelon and its brehren in the United Kingdom and in Australia. The Sun, seeking to sell its newspapers with its usual sensationalism and glamour, has provided a useful service to all clear thinkers, patriots, and lovers of freedom. Thus Faction 2 has sounded the clarion call, they are blowing the trumpets to awaken their regiments, and they have claimed David Pecker's tabloids either as an ally or as hired mercenaries. They are preparing for War Against the Anti-Christ, which means first and foremost -- preparing their supporters to survive the depradations of The Beast.

"All warfare is based on deception. A skilled general must be master of the complementary arts of simulation and dissimulation;" writes Samuel Griffith, quoting Sun Tzu. "His primary target is the mind of the opposing commander; the victorious situation, a product of his creative imagination."

The minds of True Americans have been under assault for twenty-plus years, by the propaganda geniuses of Hollywood and the New World Order. That damage cannot be repaired in one night and a bit of the next day: but Faction 2 is clearly following the instructions in The Art Of War -- "an indispensable preliminary to battle was to attack the mind of the enemy."

"The wise general cannot be manipulated" wrote Griffith, according to Sun Tzu. Therefore, the corollary to that "preliminary to battle" is to alert, alarm, and awaken the minds of those who will be loyal to the cause of freedom, and certainly to mobilize all of those who are willing to fight the saboteurs, scoundrels and Satanists of British Zionism and the New World Order. "Such a commander prizes above all freedom of action. He abhors a static situation ...."

Friends, Patriots, Warriors of Truth -- the situation has just gotten a lot more fluid, and Faction 2 has apparently declared itself against Echelon, against tyranny, and against the forces of the Anti-Christ -- "to create a situation favorable for a decisive counter-stroke." It is, therefore, very likely that a resolution of 'the Missing Chandra' story will precede the next round of bloodshed.

Perhaps Chandra Levy will be found soon -- if she is discovered alive, then the odds are good that her story or her rescue will benefit Faction 2 and hurt Faction 1 -- because things which split away liberal Jews from the ranks of British Zionism become "blows like thunderbolts from the nine-layers of heaven." In this new era of electronic media and round-the-clock news coverage, one soldier falling or one heroine being rescued carries the weight of thousands of fighting men and women. Propaganda can be a weapon of mass destruction.

Whatever Chandra knew or discovered, the current issue of The Sun indicates that the two Factions are brawling like drunken tigers in the hallways of our federal government. And they may be brawling in Roman Catholic dioceses around the world, as well.
