Tonight as I was driving I found myself thinking about the Dr. McCain post.

Undoubtedly the U.S. government is testing sundry foul creations on its unsuspecting populace. What I'm wondering about is the exact nature of the foul things that are being tested in the atmosphere.

I have a slight acquaintance with a young woman who has (I think) just finished her Master's work at an unnamed Space Institute. In discussing her final project she described a process whereby she intended to burn with a laser a piece of metal encased in some sort of vacuum container. Her intent was to apply some sort of gas to the surface of the metal or into the container forcing the laser's beam to pass through the gas and creating interaction between said beam, gas, and metal. She would then compare the resultant burned metal with other metal burned as a control without the gas.

My point in saying all this is that some of the arial spraying that has been so frequently observed and recorded may have been done with the intent to prepare a portion of the atmosphere for some process involving the use of beamed energy.

Project Blue Beam (I think that is the name) comes quickly to mind. Also the oily substance mentioned in Dr. McCain's post may be intended to create atmospheric conditions favorable to some sort of intense satelite tracking. I was reminded that sailors of old supposedly threw oil into the water to calm choppy seas. Possibly Montauk and H.A.A.R.P. activities require atmospheric preparation for optimum performance.

The sicknesses associated with the chemtrail phenomenon may be an unintended byproduct of some other sort of testing than that of biological whatnots. Or there may be more than one sort of testing done together and each set of experimentors may be unaware of the other. Compartmentalization can achieve such results when well orchestrated.
