In my research for an article for this forum, I have emailed several people and done a lot of study. Regarding the issue of sovereignity in socialist Amerika, this is email I sent to one researcher and his answer. Not for the faint of heart.

Tena, sweety, you are not seeing the big picture. Yes I have heard this
argument, I resided my drivers license back in the early 90's, or tried to.
The MCO is only one part of the problem, the license is another part, the
application for the license is a bigger part of the problem. You have to
understand what the drivers license is, it is a privilege granted by the State
to drive on THEIR highways. Yes I know our claim to be free, but also
remember
the we are under Conquest, at its fullest extent. Public Policy, Eminent
Domain and the Police Powers, all under the War flag of Conquest; this is what
rules this Country. When you asked for the privilege, and signed the
application, you agreed to abide by the State's rules for driving on their
Roads. However, even that is not the main problem, even without the
application, you still have the Police Powers guided by Admiralty. Under this
law we are known as Tort Feasors (wrong doers), under Admiralty you are
compelled to follow the kings law, by force if necessary. For years, I have
pondered what I did to become a Tort Feasor, it has always been the belief in
the Patriot community that it was because of the Social Security nexus,
however, I think it goes all the way back to old England. The king wanted to
tax the Colonies because of the expenditures he was making defending us in
War.
The reason the king views us a Tort Feasors is for much the same reason, we
are
Consumers, more to the point, Consumer (Ballentine's Law says "To use up; to
eat; to destroy, as by fire"). Ever since our fore fathers came to this
country we have consumed what the king declares to be his property and wealth.
However, never mind the king for now, you have a carbon copy of the king in
the
District of Columbia, that operates the same way, Admiralty law and force.
Regardless of whether you agree with this principle or not, matters not, they
have the law, courts, police, military and press, they have all the guns.
They
look at it this way, it's their land and military roads, they allow us to
drive
on them once we have asked for the permission to do so. With a privilege you
have no rights, the Constitution does not apply, nor does the UCC, because it
is not a contract. Anything government grants, government can rescind. There
is no gray area here, under this system, you either comply or suffer the
consequences. I don't have a problem with the consequences, as long as you
are
not committing suicide or going to jail for nothing, that is a decision you
will have to make. My counsel is, it is the wrong battle, at the wrong time,
with self-destruction its end. The king has the ability to kill, with the
blessing of his law, supported by the media. Only when the Conquest is
reversed, by the return of Christ, I'm not referring to the Rapture, through
His Conquest, the kings are placed under His submission and dominion. Jesus
Word says they hate this, but there is nothing they can do to overcome Him.

What are we to do? Learn God's Word, so we can, with His counsel and
protection, walk above the storm to come. Just as Peter walked above the
waves
of the storm, before beginning to sink. Peter took his eyes off of Jesus and
concentrated on the storm; around him. He walked on the water, through faith
in Jesus Word, when Jesus said "come", fear in the storm around him caused his
faith to weaken. This is a very applicable reality for us today, it took me
years of study to come to this understanding. Please read a paper I wrote
