Hi Rayelan,

I have very much enjoyed your site and it is a part of my daily 'routine'. In recognizing that your current financial may in some way impact the quality, indeed maybe the life of, your site I'd like to put forth to you the following proposal.

I am, without debate, the only person who has had a precognitive experience fully documented by the United States Government prior to the event. (See links below, and remember there are hundreds more.)

Aside from the many articles, books, radio and television shows I have appeared on (To include 20/20, In Search Of, Arthur Clarks World of Discovery, etc.), I have maintained extreme privacy these past 20 years, choosing not to engage my 'talents'/'experiences' over the Internet. With the exception of some small works that I from time to time submit for consideration to sites such as yours.

What I am willing to do for your site is to provide to those readers who commit to you $60.00 for the next year, and paid in advance to you first, is a complete detailed horoscope that is personally made by me, not computer generated. Further I will provide telephone access to these same contributors so that when they receive their chart I will give to them two hours, at my expense, of asking me about same.

I will not do charts for anyone unless they have first been 'approved' by you and expect all persons interested to come from you, not from anyone else.

As for the number of people I can do? Let's see what the response is to this offer first and then I'll decide.
