I thought I had seen somewhere that Laurence Rockefeller financed CSETI, so I flicked through my books and found this reference revealing Laurence Rockefeller's support for CSETI:

I looked through "The Biggest Secret" and found this quote attributed to Henry Kissinger when speaking at Bilderberg 1992:

This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. I visited The Spotlight website hoping to find an online archive of the "Watching For Aliens" article, but found none. But headline news is that in March the Trilaterals were preparing Bilderbergers for their meeting at the end of this month. Apparently the common topic in all meetings was "how to achieve world government as quickly, quietly and efficiently as possible".

I propose that this CSETI "disclosure" is part of Project Bluebeam, and is a result of this Trilateral/Bilderberg meeting in March.

Those CSETI people did not want to reveal that Rockefeller link, did they? Now we know why.
