I do not think so. This could have been acomplished several times over, either by ETs, or earthlings. Identifiable slave-masters would result in the correct identification of who to 'rise up against'. Self-enslavement means we never get to correctly identify the slave-masters, rather, we seek a myriad false 'executive officers' working on their behalf.

Every time one of us goes out to earn or spend money, we are supporting one level of slave masters, in this case, those who create currency (brought into existence as a debt I might add).
