the ex super intendent of the cremlin and tsar v. putin promotor pavel borodin was released against a caution of swiss francs 5 million this morning in ginevra-switzerland court.

pavel borodin was arrested in new york airport on an arrest warrant issued by switzerland. he was travelling to the inauguration of president bush.

he insisted to be brought to switzerland as he could prove his innocence. at his charges were corruption and money laundring and membership of a criminal organisation in relation with alleged bribes for the cremlin renovation some years ago.
the company which won the job was a swiss general contractor company. their funds were blocked but some days ago freed because there was no evidence of wrong doings.

last saturday pavel borodin was then brought by police from new york to ginevra and today the court decided the release of borodin.
the russian federation lord justice denied any wrong doing of pavel borodin in russia in a seperate investigation.

why the lord justice of ginevra inisted on this case is purley misterious. in switzerland nobody was sentencced untill now for above stated crimes because the evidences needed are subject to very strict requirements. to accuse a heavy weight as borodin is really incredible.

the relation beteween swizterland and russia were perhpas more important than to give a theatre for a to us unknown cover up story to somebody.

it is believed that today or tomorrow pavel borodin will return to russia.
