I can't keep up on all of the spook news... but this is one I missed... Thank God...

(Where in the world is that secret Beefeaters club when I need them? After this one, I'll take mine straight up... not shaken OR stirred.)

Like many of the "hoaxes" that are posted on the Internet, this one has all the trappings of a real story...

When Rumor Mill News was a print magazine instead of an Internet Magazine, I had a section I called "RUMOR MILL NEWS REJECTS"

These were rumors that were obvious hoaxes, but they were too well thought out and too well written not to give them an airing.

I feel that the above "Rumor" should be filed in this category.

I congratulate whoever wrote it... It should win the coveted Rumey Award for the month... if I were still awarding them.

Unless someone proves to me that this "rumor" is real... I am labeling it an offical Rumor Mill News Reject!!

I think this is the first time I have rejected a Rumor that has been put on the Forum...

Why did I do it? Because I believe this information is patently false. There are other articles on the Forum that some people may feel stretch the imagination, but I cannot prove they are false. With a little checking, I know I can prove or disprove this one.

If it is true... I will eat one of those Beefeaters...

And since I haven't eaten red meat in 30 years, that will be a major step for me...

(I can't eat Crow... because I would be eating my own family...)

Now let's see how many Rumor Mill News readers get this one.
