RMNews Sources, in the past, have stated that President Clinton has serious mental problems. Hillary seemed to confirm this when she did an interview with Talk magazine.

Over this past weekend, RMNews Sources stated that "Clinton has finally gone nuts."

They referenced his unsusal performance at his last press conference. They also pointed to an unsusal afternight golf game in the rain.

If you will remember, about four weeks ago, in digest # 64 article number 8, the military soruces from Faction Three gave us Clinton's resignation speech.

Could the President's unusual behavior be an indication that he is being forced to resign? Several months ago, RMNews Sources told us that the top Democrats have finally realized that if Clinton stays in power he will destroy the Democratic Party.

The only thing that has kept Clinton in power is the economy. The stock market looks like it is wobbling and about to tumble. RMNews Sources have stated that Clinton will go down in history like Herbert Hoover. In other words, he will be blamed for the Great Depression in the same way that Herbert Hoover has been blamed.

There is only way the Democrats can head off the demise of the Democratic Party. If they don't, for the next several decades, the Republican Party will occupy the White House and control the Senate and The House. This happened to the Republican Party, which was destroyed for 16 years after Hoover. Roosevelt and Truman led the nation and the world until Eisenhower was elected. The Democratic Big Wigs believe that the only way to head this off, is to remove Clinton and redirect the Democratic Party.

At the moment, RMNews does not believe that the Democratic Party has a chance to win the 2000 election. But the Democratic Big Wigs do not share that opinion, and they will try anything to get Clinton to step down and either Al Gore or bill Bradley to replace him.

They are also looking into the possibility that Al Gore will pick Hillary Clinton as his vice President, after Bill steps down. The Gore team believes that she will be the ticket to his election.

What they do not realize is that she is also the ticket to an early death or forced resignation.

If Gore is made President before the 2000 election. And if he appoints Hillary as his VP. He will be forced to step down due to the many scandals in his background... at least that is what the newspapers will report.

The truth will be far more devious. Al Gore will step down to stay alive.

In truth, Clinton steping down early will be a well orchestrated plan to make Hillary President WITHOUT an election!!! The Democratic Big Wigs have no idea what is really going on. They are being manipulated by the Clinton machine and don't even realie it.

At the moment, certain Democrats are trying to make Al Gore accept Bill Bradley as his running mate.

This is a side show to distract you from what is really bring planned.

If Bill Clinton steps down, the media will crank up a campaign to have Hillary appointed as Al Gore's VP. This will be before the election.

When Al Gore is forced to step down shortly before the 2000 election, Hillary becomes President. She will then use her Senate campaign money for a last minute bolitz ad campaign that she and her hanadlers belive will propell her into the White House. this is the real reason she is raising so much money.

This is what is planned.

Fortunately there are people with clear heads who can see this.

Not only is there a war going on between the different factions that are vying for control of the world. This war has filtered down into the various political parties. At the moment, a war for the very survival of the Democratic Party is being waged.

These books are being written by Republican women. The authors had to be women so that Hillary can't accuse men of gender bashing.

In other words, the Republicans are trying to destroy the Democrats, and the Democrats are trying to destroy the Republicans.
