I stand oh so corrected. And here is the apology I promised I'd give if my post turned out to be a hasty one, which it was. I would especially like to commend the gentle and loving responses of oliverhaddo and winter. I took the advice, and went to the archives, and found a wealth of information. It was all rather the antithesis of the posting I responded to initially. Most of these were full of information, much of it I knew about and could verify. This is a most welcome and powerful resource indeed, and in fact is so powerful I can appreciate even the tone that might be taken in some of their postings. They are certainly on a different level, and have access to info and sources most of us could only dream about. I will be making use of this information myself, as I spied an article about the Yosemite murders and Cary Stayner that I know something about, since I live here in Modesto, and we were absolutely saturated with local coverage.
