For the past two days Associated Press has featured a story listing previous White House indictments. The first on list was the indictment of Raymond Donovan, Secretary of Labor under Reagan. The story goes on to say he was acquitted. Here is what they don't say...:
Donovan, then in New Jersey, was indicted under Morganthau's office, Manhattan DA. Morganthau had a reputation much like Fitzgerald does now. Donovan was indicted under RICO laws, heavy ties to the mob. Such RICO cases are usually very convoluted, the case was expected to last for months before the jury. Therefore the judge impaneled two extra jurors as alternates if needed. Two jurors were dismissed in the process leading to the trial, leaving the judge with only the 12 needed.
In the middle of the trial one juror, a middle aged woman, starts to go nuts. She is shouting all kinds of strange religious things interrupting the proceedings. The judge calls in a psychiatrist. Her behavior is very out of context as she had no history of any psychiatric disorder and had a background check of being very normal. However, she is still so agitated that the judge is forced to dismiss her as a juror. He has a choice of declaring a mistrial (the most common choice) or continuing with just eleven jurors. The judge takes the unusual step of continuing with a short jury and Donovan is acquitted anyway.
Most likely this was a case of mechanical 'mind control' op jury tampering, but very hard to prove.
On the night of April 13th, 1984 I was interrogated on Groton Naval Sub base concerning the new mathematics. I gave three names, Cho in Tokyo (Tetrahedral Physics), Pavlita, and a Soviet astrophysicist, Koserev. Towards the end of the interrogation they received a phone call which the intell people seemed to question. They were told to stop the interview. I was then quickly dumped off base at an all-night diner waiting for a bus. There was only me and the waitress. After about half an hour two guys come in, they were dressed down, had an old car, but obviously military types. The counter was a U shape. One sat across from me. The other next to me. The one next to me moves so he is leaning against me. I put my hand over my coffee thinking, 'what is coming next, a bullet?' The guy across the counter, (first time they spoke), suddenly asked the guy next to me, "You done?" They both suddenly get up leaving some money on the counter and split. 'What was that about?' I thought. About one hour later I am on the bus and start to freak out. It is almost like the one LSD trip I had in 1968. It won't stop. Even going on the next day back on the Vineyard. I dare not tell a soul. Who would believe me?
A few weeks later a story appears regarding a Soviet mathematician, Sergie Koslov. He seems to have had the same experience as I, complaining about being 'gassed' by the CIA. He demanded to be returned to the Soviet Union. Because of his behavior psychiatrists were called in to examine him prior to his leaving the Dullas Airport on a Soviet Aeroflot. Coincidentally I got my hands, right at that time, on a book 'Mind Wars' by Ron McCray (or McKray not sure of spelling). In the book an electronic device was tested called the Paranoia Producer. It separates the neuron synapses slightly and produces an LSD effect. In lighter doses it like pot. It was even tested on members of Congress, Tip O'Neal being one. Now my story added up. I went to the police. At that time the Soviets were complaining through TASS about American use of psycotronics and this even appeared in the NYTimes.
The interrogation at Groton was recorded with my knowledge and consent. I had papers regarding both Pavlita and Cho that were Xeroxed. Most likely I slurred and Koslov was mistaken for Koserev. The 'Paranoia Inducer' is not dangerous. But in a strange 'set and setting' such as that it would certainly freak anyone out.
I feel this was most probably the device used on the Raymond Donovan case juror. It could have even been done in the elevator or such, no person would notice.
What a danger to our legal system! There is a large site, Mind Control Forum, which gets into much of these subjects. The head doctor of Finland, (sort of like our Surgeon General), had come out a few years ago stating that illegal use of new psycotronic weapons was the greatest danger to democracy.

The Massachusetts State Police at first did not follow up. I went back to them about a week later to see what was going on. The Oak Bluffs station was closed. A guy comes up to me, officer in civvies. He asked what I wanted and I tell him. He says, "Good to see your face. Now I can better ID you when we find you washed up on the beach." I was drop jawed. I said nothing about this for some time. Over the course of a year or so I was getting heavy phone harassment. Finally I had it, called the State Police. I was put right through to the head, Colonel Trobucco. He listened to the story and had a few real hard questions which I answered. He stated, 'this over my head', and wanted me to contact the head of the Mass Office Of Public Safety, Charles Barry. He kept warning me not to talk to anyone else. Barry's 'chief of staff', Dennis Condon, insisted that I talk to him. I was stupid and did. He queered the entire thing. Years later I was to find out that Condon was ex FBI and the one that they tried to indict along with Agent John Connelly as those FBI agents working for the mob, Whitey Bugler et al.
I say all this to make a point. The cabal is not as big as most would imagine. They keep others in line with fear. The Internet is now putting enough information together to make a difference. Those with stories should get them out now. I later also understood that the State Police went to some length to investigate my complaint. The head Internal Investigations, Colonel Charles Henderson, became the head after Col. Trobucco. He knew my entire story. (He was pushed out.) There was also an investigation into testing of psycotronic devices on women prisoners in Framingham. A few years ago the House of Mass had a bill in committee outlawing psycotronic devices. I have felt that my case with the Framingham case led to it, a giant step forward. My case also had profile as Senator Kennedy wrote the commander of Groton Sub Base, Captain Ransom, asking for a explanation of my treatment. Commander Ransom did not reply. The head of Kennedy's Boston office, Emily Winterson, stated that it was highly unusual for the navy to refuse to answer congressional mail.
This is information war. As more information comes out, and as those caught in the middle fear less the cabal, it will break.
