URGENT: When you add chemtrails on top of this, and Flash Radar (coming out of, or directed towards, the NEXRAD Towers) to aid in drying out the Western U.S., one begins to really wonder WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! A friend of ours with his own Weather Station was alerted to the Chemtrail situation. At first he was sceptical. Then he started taking pictures. Next he awoke one morning and checked his humidity gauge: 60%, it said. The sky began to fill with chemtrails. Indeed, it was BLANKETED! 45 minutes later the humidity was at 10%! He is no longer a sceptic. Indeed, he called the local FAA and they were dumbfounded. Had no explanation for the number of jets flying over us. Indeed, they did not even argue the chemtrail scenario. They simply had no way of answering the questions.

There is no doubt to any of us, with our skin drawn up in a tight, dry mask, what they intend to do: BURN US OUT THIS SUMMER!!! And it is not just California either. Washington and Oregon have both declared Drought Emergencies. And Montana is in very bad shape waterwise.

One has to ask: Is that why the new blue stickers are showing up on our road signs? To show FEMA where to go WHEN THEY COME TO ROUND US UP? And is that what all the Concentration Camps are for? They are going to have to have some place to 'house' us once they burn our homes. Ahhh, but they have seriously underestimated the Western Mind. Most are already at that state where they have NOTHING TO LOSE. Most will die first. Of course, I guess that too will be okay with the NWO. But guess what: All those they kill RETURN to enslave the enslavers. HOW BORING...this script is becoming.

I just can't believe George Bush is part of this. I can't believe he knows it is going on. I HOPE TO GOD HE DISCOVERS IT AND DOES SOMETHING QUICKLY. It may already be too late. They tried hard last summer and did not succeed. People are very angry about that, you know. And it just keeps going on and on and on. I watch as most of the townspeople go about their daily business in complete denial, even as the forests and grasslands around them are becoming tinder boxes. INDEED, the snowpack is being sucked RIGHT OFF THE MOUNTAIN TOPS! You can SEE it go! An attorney friend broke out in tears the other day when he was shown the 'evidence'. She had to leave the room. She couldn't stand the thought.

There is one other interesting thing that supports the contention spelled out below: Purportedly Russia and China are not experiencing Chemtrails. Why is that? Are they ALREADY in charge? Or, does no one dare mess with them? Interesting questions.

California Power Grid Managers
See Blackouts

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - California power grid managers said the latest
round of rolling blackouts ordered to cope with the state’s critical
power shortage would likely last through 8 p.m. PST (11 p.m. EST)
Monday.

Jim Detmers, vice president of operations for the California Independent
System Operator (ISO), said the rolling blackouts ordered shortly before
noon PST (3 p.m. EST) Monday would continue — and could expand as demand
for power rises in early evening.

“It is expected to continue through 8 o’clock this evening,” Detmer told
a news conference Monday.

The decision to order rolling blackouts to cope with a severe shortage
of electricity across the state marked the Þrst time that outages had
been ordered in Southern California and the third time this year that
outages had been imposed in the northern part of the state.

OfÞcials said warm weather in the Southwest, drove up demand for air
conditioning power. This, combined with power plant maintenance outages
in California and a lack of hydropower from the parched Northwest left
California with dangerously thin electricity reserves, prompting the
outages, the ISO said.

The ISO said the outages were ordered in territories served by the
state’s two biggest utilities — Southern California Edison and PaciÞc
Gas and Electric Co. — in a bid to avoid a widespread collapse of the
grid.
