: As I drove into town this morning to have breakfast at my

: EVERY Road Sign had NEW dark-blue stickers on the back.
: Some had more than one!!! Curious, I stopped to see if
: there were any indication as to their purpose. In affect it

: been installed in 1998 (a lie) and announcing a $250 fine
: if anyone removed one of the signs. (It didn't say what

: aren't talking about a few stickers here...we're talking
: about several dozen in a very small town that has virtually
: NO crime to speak of. The stickers appear so far to be only
: inside the City Limits.
