First of all, you need to know what this woman's crime was: She drove home! The Government wanted her property! She refused to sign it over to them. They brought her into Court specifically under Maritime Law!
When she asked why she had been cited under the Anti-Terrorism Act, she quotes the Dept of Justice as tellling her on the phone: "Don't feel singled out; we are using the Anti-Terrorist Act Against EVERYONE in America."!
How they treated her in Court: Kicked out her Lawyer and LOCKED the doors until she signed the Contract giving up her land. Otherwise she would go to jail!
She has since done the research and followed where the 'law goes'...all the way to the U.N.!!!!!!!!

Dianna Luppi, who is an inholder of land in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
The justice department took her property. They charged her as a
terrorist using the Anti-Terrorist and Effective Death Penalty laws in a
Denver Federal Court.

Listen especially at about 17 minutes into the program. they threatened
to throw her in jail. They put liens against her property under the Anti
Terrorism Act (but that's ok, because the DOJ does that to everybody).
DOJ charged her under the Special Maritime and Territorial Jurisdiction
of the United States. She was brought into court under Maritime Law.
