so many agents and contributors of site suggested that a war in middle east is imminent. i don't believe it:

a)
in the world opinion the palestinians have begun with the violence against israel. isreal had and has to respond.
b)
the palestinian violence put the islamic world (as brothers or supporters of the palestinians) in a bad light. as they are portrayed as complices, they loose also their proud and dignity they stick to.
c)
the palestinians were offered and this not reported so much in the massmedia a lot of economic help by other states incl. citizenship of lebanon, canada and australia. this initiative was also sponsored by israel and usa. madame made a good job here.
d)
araft does not represent all palestinians only a part of them.
e)

after so many years of negociatiations and minimum of conses should have been emerged. the tactic of arafat cannot be i take all what i want or no peace. the question of jerusalem is not to resolve in the way arafat thinks.
f)
arafat forgot that the time is playing against him but for isreal.
g)
there are reports of to much irregularities of the managment of funds donated to the palestinians over the years. big money.!!!
h)
the islamic brothers might be fed up with that problem and do not wish anymore to be involved to defend an empty case and they might close the moneyline for arafat. at the end politic is made with money.
i)
before israel will start a war the problem arafat must be solved. arafat forgot that who is running against the time will be smashed by the time, that will happen, very soon, and in a way perhaps nobody expects.
k)
let's then see how the two people will find a solution. if not then a war might explode.
i)
the diplomacy of europe is trying to prevent a war. because a war put at risk also europe.

for the moment there will be no war, the calendar is that the oustanding problems will be solved in another way. if that is not possible then we might talk about war but this will be rather end of year than now.
