I've read the FEMA documentation concerning December the 28th, dates before and after and the possibility of declaring a National Emergency if "56" defective parameter criteria are meet... I am waiting to see on that one -- I have my own preparations for my family and am not concerned... My biggest question is the imbedded chips in the Mid-East oil fields... if the pumps quit running there could be a problem because this country has become oil dependent.
