To The People of the World:
Below is my response to my own international medical research foundation. I believe the good people of the United States and the world will continue to side with truth and fact. In this regard we are sure we will see a review and accountability of the 30 year old Flow Chart and fifteen progress reports of the U.S. Special AIDS Virus program.
I challenge Professor Scott to allow the world to hear his responses during a one hour world debate on the origin of AIDS, Tuesday, February 27th, 2001, on Radio Free Liberty. Please be there to share this historic information as we further our efforts to deactivate AIDS, the designer virus of African genocide.

Dear Don:
Please accept this letter in response to your February 8, 2001 letter.
You have forgotten that we have discussed Dr. Nicolson on numerous occasions following his admission that he was connected to the Flow Chart and the U.S. federal virus program. IF AIDS is man made, there would be a program. We have that program’s Flow Chart and you have now staked your reputation behind one of the program’s scientists.
It is unfortunate that you have chosen to not review your 1997 Conference tape of Dr. Len Horowitz’s presentation concerning Dr. Garth Nicolson. It is unfortunate that you have chosen to set aside the references to Dr. Nicolson in Dr. Horowitz's book.
Somehow you have forgotten that you surgically edited my presentation in Canada to exclude the unveiling of the Flow Chart and you selectively removed citations from my printed speech to discredit my research. Your “editorial activism” has been a concern expreseed by others as well. I am the only one in this international foundation who is truly concerned about the population stabilization policies of the United States regarding people of color. See, P.L.91-213, signed by Richard M. Nixon, President of the United States, March 16, 1970. I have perviously provided you a copy of former President Nixon’s official remarks. I have also provided you the U.S. Contingency Plan for African Americans (NSCM #46, Brezinski, March 17, 1978). Your suspension of me shows even less concern for people of color who ALSO suffer from a “lethal” synthetic biological agent.
IF YOU WERE TRULY LOOKING FOR THE ETIOLOGY OF DEGENERATIVE DISEASE, WHY DON’T YOU START WITH THE “ETIOLOGY AREA” OF THE NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE AND THE FILES AND RECORDS OF DR. JOHN B. MOLONEY?
Anyone who knows anything about our foundation knows that I have always provided citations for my work. It is unfortunate you now act as if you have not received credible citations on this subject previously. It is unfortunate and significant that once you learned on August 21, 1999 that Dr. Nicolson was involved in the development of AIDS, you took no further action but for your February 8, 2001 suspension of me..
It is unfortunate that you have chosen to not open the progress reports of the special AIDS virus program to seek to identfy for yourself Dr. Nicolson's role and his subsequent work and associations at the M.D. Anderson Hospital Cancer Clinic.
Isn’t it true Dr. Shi Ching Lo, of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, tested both Garth and Nancy as MYCOPLASMA POSITIVE prior to their step-daughter even going to the Gulf? A review of Dr. Nicolson’s papers reveals a twisted history of fertility and ethnic cell membrane research. Perhaps you have also overlooked his relevant work as a member of the World Health Organization Task Force on Human Fertility which announced their recommendation in St. Louis in 1977. Garth Nicolson assisted in the drafting of the WHO’s call to sterilize two billion women. He is represented in progress report #15 (1978) of the development of AIDS and his left his unpaid professor position at UC Irvine on June 30, 1980 (to go to M.D. Anderson) the start of the government fiscal year (July 1, 1980).
ALTHOUGH DR. NICOLSON ADMITS HE HAS BEEN RESEARCHING AIDS SINCE 1990, HE WROTE NO SCIENTIFIC PAPERS ON HIS AIDS RESEARCH UNTIL 1999. See, Mycoplasmal Infections in Chronic Illnesses....AIDS..., Med. Sentinel 1999; 4; 172-176, Nicolson, G.L., Nicolson, N.L., et.al.

The record reveals that it is Dr. Nicolson who launched a personal attack against me following my proper recitation of his role in “The History of the Development of AIDS”. , a chapter in my upcoming book, "STATE ORIGIN: The Evidence of the Laboratory Birth of AIDS", See also, Nicolson email February 5, 2001. All of you continue to make a gross misperception even broader, by your continued failure to respect the fact that I am a graduate of Annapolis and law school and I can read. Nicolson’s role in the development of AIDS is there for all to see in progress reports #9 and 10 (1972, 1973) of the federal virus program.
6. You have set aside your gumption for scientific research apparently by political persuasion. Of course you have readily forgotten why I hung up on you. You readily admit that AIDS is not your focus and you are more concerned about the number of (White) people who fall dead every hour from chronic fatigue and/or gulf war illness. Thus, when Garth informed you on August 21, 1999 that “my name might be in one of those (progress reports)”, you failed in your basic duty to venture to even take a look.
As we discussed, you were not able to explain why others (whose names appear in the progress report) bother you, but not Garth’s. To many of us you appear to have allowed Garth a free ride to the side of patient advocacy even though his 1972 paper proves he has been working with mycoplasmas for the last thirty years. You accept his articulation that “we first started looking into this when our step-daughter came home from the gulf”, as true. even though you definitively know otherwise.
7. For the record I note that Dr. Nicolson is now listed as a member of the Executive List of the Foundation. When did he join?
8. Finally, you state my membership in the foundation is complimentary based on my appointment as a Director. I believe my efforts have furthered the cause of dismantling the Special AIDS virus. It is strange that a "Director's inactivity" is not grounds for foundation suspension, yet you have chosen to act to the detriment of one of your Director's without the professional opportunity to respond. Your continued failure to mention the “missing link” Flow Chart does not appear to be in the best interests of AIDS patients’ advocacy or that of furthering an investigation into any of these very similar mycoplasma diseases.
In actuality, your February 8, 2001 letter reflects that you are not truly interested in truth and faith. It also serve as notice that your foundation is not interested in supporting the people’s case for an apology for AIDS. We will present our petition to the Supreme Court of the United States and we will incorporate your prior support of our call for a review of the Flow Chart and progress reports of the special virus program of the United States of America.
I find it hard to believe that you have quoted Horowitz and the progress reports as frequent as you do, but not as it relates to Garth Nicolson.
I await your apology for alleging that I have stated something that can not be substantiated. I personally do not have a reputation for such behavior. I seek an immediate reinstitution of my position. Black people need a voice of reasoned advocacy in the midst of this Ayrian cess pool of eugenic mycoplasma disorder.
I am prepared to correlate Dr. Nicolosn’s work to the specific sections of the Flow Chart to show that I can provide the extraordinary proof required to assist the process of closure on this special AIDS virus, the greatest human holocaust in the history of the world. We have ninety days from January 22, 2001 to file the petition to the Supreme Court. The issue of AIDS bioengineering (gene therapy) is not frivolous and we look forward to your public review of the Flow Chart and our continued union in our call for review of the progress reports of this genocidal program. We have within our reach the resources to dismantle AIDS, we must not allow spirtual evil to loosen our grasp.
