His hair color is back to grey.

For those who think it is just the lighting that makes him look like he has a blonde rinse in his hair...

Rumor Mill News Agents who have attended press briefings assure me that it is not the lighting.

President Clinton purposely puts a blonde rinse on his hair. It turns the white hairs blonde, but leaves the darker hairs the same color.

Several months ago, during the Kosovo bombing, one of the major networks ran a piece on Madeline Albright. They said she sent messages in the jewelry pins she wore on her suits.

This had first been told to me by Rumor Mill News sources back in 1994 or 95.

According to Rumor Mill News Sources, Secretary Albright could activate top secret missions by simply wearing the correct lapel pin.

I wonder if one of the top secret missions was the bombing of the Chinese Embassey in Belgrade??

Tracking along this same line of activating top secret missions through press conferences and pre agreed upon signals....

What top secret mission or covert operation could Bill be activating with his blonde hair?

The other times he has turned it blonde were on his trip to China, and when the Chinese Premier came to Washington.

What message is he sending and to whom is he sending it?

This ominous signal could be the harbinger of things to come... things that have to be set in motion now, but may not materialize until later.
