Below is a letter I received from John Carman. He was doing his job as a customs agent on the Mexican Border, and protecting our country. The war on drugs is costing American Taxpayers billions in terms of enforcement, prosecution, medical cost for criminals, as well as victims; while the government is responsible and encouraging the importing of drugs. Somebody at the top is getting real fat. Who know perhaps they are using the billions to fund their favorite fund--the IMF, where you tax dollars really go. It was done under the Reagan Administration to buy weapons--remember Ollie North. Think about your children and grandchildren. As a taxpayer I am livid, and you should be too.
After reporting it to his supervisor, he was terminated. He had an exemplary employee record for 15 years. Suddenly, he was terminated, his employee record missing, and was unable to even get a minimum wage job.
His story is similar to that of Gunther Russbacher, Lester Coleman. Government employees, doing their job, and suddenly the tables were turned on them and they became victims of government tyranny.
I know Rayelan is fortunate in having so many intelligent, well informed group members. I'm sure many of you network with people who could help him. Legal Fees are astronomical, and just how much justice can you afford?

The Federal government made the laws against retaliation, and break their own laws. What's wrong with this picture?

I am still without an attorney to help me fight these corrupt government officials.
Customs and the U.S. Attorney is claiming they didn't get served properly while they did get served by First Class mail via the U.S. Postal Service.(Customs even sent back the opened envelopes that were time stamped, received stamped "U.S. Customs" and "Customs Chief Counsel", etc...They even put a Customs/Treasury memo on official letter head arguing the fact that they thought they weren't properly served.(Guess what? They WERE served)
Now a Federal Judge has to decide what to do to the Government agencies involved on my Civil Rights/Whistelblower claim. (I have no retirement, I am blacklisted, and I have had numerous death threats, etc.......)
In the mean time I am forced to attend or participate in "early settlement conference meetings/calls"
I am asking $10,000,000 million dollars in damages.(Illegal traffic stop, detention, search, seizure, arrest) ALL dismissed later. (C-198968 People v. Carman) Judicial Notice entered into the record of my federal case. ( 00CV1215-JM(LSP) Carman vs. Fuentes et al.)
I now have a record of an arrest/stop.(even though it was dropped, I am still black llisted) permanently damage!
