Kofi Annan appointed a Frenchman named Kouchner to be head of the reconstruction of Kosovo, I believe.

The second in charge was a man named Jack Covay who was, according to rumor, a serial killer plucked out of prison in Nevada and given a new identity.

I have done internet searches on him and found out that William Safire wrote an article stating that he was high on the people investigated by Congress for having diverted the 400,000,000 million dollars worth of Agriculture Dept. credits to Saddam which allowed him to buy and develop his weapons of mass destruction including biological weapons.

Also, Covay was at one time head of the Iraq desk at State and the Israeli desk. He also served on the National Security Councial under Reagan/Bush and I believe Clinton.

Kouchner had been the founder of Doctors without Borders. During the crisis over the Russian soldiers at Pristina airport he had the nerve to stand up to the British and Americans over their demands that the Russians leave.

He was recorded on UN monitors making a phone call to his British masters. While doing so, Covay as recorded by the videotapes, put a gun to his (Koucher's) throat and told him to hang up the phone.

The video was seen by many people at UN headquarters including several friends of mine. One of my friends has made it clear to his bosses that he will freely speak about anything he does and if they don't like it they should fire anytime they like. No one has fired him.

Apparently, and according to him, the NWO crowd is so convinced of success that they no longer care who knows what they are doing as long, as there is no prosecutable evidence.

Due to the above reference-- i.e.-- no prosecutable evidence--everything at the UN, of consequence, is handled unofficially by notes left on one's desk without any reference to who sent them or who is responsible for their instructions.

The General Assembly was long ago relegated to insignificance and all of the machinations take place through control of the Security Council.

Also, I have been informed that the UN is in charge of most official drug operations, especially from the third world to the first. I have received much greater detail than I am relating to you. Also, the number one transport agency in N. America is now none other than Amtrak.

By the way, supposedly, Castro has billions in offshore bank accounts and was bought off long ago although officially the Cuban gov't and society is virtually bankrupt. The walls will come down in Cuba in the not too distant future and Castro will go into retirement a very rich and happy person, just like the last rulers of Haiti.

Our supposed past public enemy number one, M. Noriega still runs C. American drug ops from his cell in Miami.

The Taliban is a major partner of the UN in allowing the best heroin in the world to flow Westward.

I read Bo Gritz's books who recounts his shock at meeting the supposed world's number one drug/warlord, Khun Sa. Bo was sent by the NCS to supposedly find and liberate American POW's from the Vietnam days. Everytime he got close to liberating Americans his mission was sabotaged by higher-ups.

When he met Khun Sa, he was told that he was ready to quit the drug business anytime his partners in the US Gov't. wanted him to. He gave the names of his partners which included Richard Armitage, Bush and others I have forgotten. He went back to the NSC and told what he had learned and was told to "forget and erase" what he had learned. When he refused he was prosecuted on phony charges and subsequently acquitted by a jury in Nevada. The prosecutor even admitted on tv, after the case was lost by the gov't., that he was ordered to prosecute by Bush.

The last I heard Bo had gone into retirement and become a born again Xtian. I was able to get two of his books before they were "disappeared".

Supposedly, the word is, the NWO is so convinced of success especially because the American people have become so depoliticized and demoralized, is that there is nothing to stand in their way.

Also, the Larouchies have just translated a book by one of the top Russian economists, Glazianokov (sp?) titled Genocide which tells how the IMF destroyed the Russian economy and led to the deaths of millions of Russians.
