BOOK REVIEW
"PENETRATION"
by INGO SWANN
The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy
Review: By Peter Winskill
Ingo Swann is the "father" of remote viewing who worked with Harold Puthoff at Stanford Research Institute in the 1970's and developed the technology for remote veiwing.
"Penetration", published in 1998, is about a deep intelligence agency which contacted Ingo Swann and gave him the coordinates to remote view the moon, in particular what was going on on the dark side.
Swann "saw" all kinds of activity, huge underground facilities, earth moving equipment and "saucers", underground complexes and buildings, and "people" who looked like humans but who weren't.
The first part of the book is the story of Swann's contact with the deep agency and their sometimes hilarious encounters with him - such as, in a Hollywood supermarket where he encountered a glamorous "alien" examining the artichokes.
The second part of the book is Swann's bringing together all the information and research, having to do with the moon, over the last 200 years.
We take it for granted that the moon is a dead lifeless place which has no atmosphere. This is far from the truth. But this is a carefully crafted construct, though now there is plenty of information to the contrary.
Swann also reveals that the moon has been subjected to the most intense scrutiny by the world's most powerful telescopes but NONE of the resulting photographs have ever been released: photographs so detailed that they would reveal the equivalent of a a bubble gum wrapper on a New York street. According to Swann, the most powerful commercial telescope available on the market, though capable of showing detail, pale compared to what the government agencies like NASA possess.
Much of the information has been kept from us for a very good reason. The moon does have an atmosphere though it is very thin; there are clouds on the moon and people with telescopes have observed over the last 100 years or so, anomalies which cannot be explained. There is good reason to believe that the moon is hollow. All kinds of activity has been observed, particularly in areas such as the Plato crater where craft have been regularly seen coming and going.
From 1968 when Americans landed on the moon, the Apollo program sent voyages which went to and fro, but it was mysteriously terminated in 1972.
According to Swann, who gives his sources, huge extraterrestial craft hovered above as they landed. The moon has been assigned above-top-secret status and for a good reason. It is no wonder that earth's closest satellite has been a no go-area for the last 30 years; "someone" obviously told the Americans and the Soviets to get the hell out and stay away!
It is a remarkable story and Ingo Swann is an original, who refused early on in his career to "go public" or commercial with his abilities but instead has used them for strict self-observation and observation by top researchers in the field.
He sees man's psi capacities as natural attributes common to all and capable of unbelievable development if given the chance. The elites of course have other ideas and want to keep the lid on all this stuff for as long as possible.
Swann has also written the first volume in what is to be a trilogy:
"Secrets of Power: Individual Empowerment vs the Societal
Panorama of Power and Depowerment".
Forthcoming volumes are called:
"The Vitalizing of Individual Powers" and Sympathetic Vibrations and Empowerment".
Given Swann's abilities, experience and intelligence, these promise to be a feast for the hungry.
His ongoing autobiography "Remote Viewing: The Real Story" is available on his website

It is an extraordinary story, remarkable for its humor, humility and lack of pretence. Swann is the "real thing" and if you want to sort out the phony from the real in this much-hyped and contentious field, you can do no better than read his own account on the web, and order Penetration and the other books he has written. You have a treat in store.
