the russian foreign minister ivanov was received this morning by the Holy Father, Pope John Paul II, in vatican. (vatican derives from the etrusc language and means water / healing waters).

ivanov could not hand over a ticket to moscow, the Holy Father was expecting so long for. the orthodox Patriarch, Alexei, is not yet ready to accept such a visit. ivanov discussed also the middle east issue with the Holy Father. no further comments were made.

the Holy Father has planned to visit Ucraine in mid year. it is not yet sure if this will be possible.

the vatican policy, since the first vatican concilium in 1870, in which the catholic universal episcopate was proclamed, is seeking to with all measures of the diplomacy to convince the orthodx church to unite with the catholic church. since the fall of communism, it appears that there is a real possibility to succeed. a such united church would be of course a big competitor to the nwo plans. and nobody wonders why the approach of the two churches is so terrible difficult.

according to not confirmed voices, the acutal Patriarch of moscow, Alexei, is critised by his not clarified involvement in the dark times of russia. somebody playing with old documents?

the former president of russia yeltsin and the actual president putin have indemnified the orthodx church for the past and it seems that the kremlin accept the church as partner.

the catholics in russia are ca. 2 millions, a complete minority. apart from the orthodox religion also the budhism/lamaism and the islam are offcially recognised religions in russia. a real remarkable and as i know for sure practised freedom of faith.

a remarkable and in my modest view never attested futuristic aspect of russia is, that there are living so many ethnias with their faith and or religions that is is really to admire the peace of the russia. the catholic issue can for domestic politic only be a little piece. but russia if they are not really allied with the nwo is good advised to take the hand offered by the vatican. rusia called itself sometime ago, Holy Mother Russia, certain people know why.
