Hollywood cranks out a plot, assigns the stars, sets the stage and glamorizes the sinister activities in such a way that the unwitting victims, paying the price of admission, applaud as heroes their mortal enemies and find visions of their own downfall enjoyable entertainment. Very slick, eh?
