Elfrad's Golden Ratio Frequency 'mapping' can be monitored at:

According to Charlie Plyler at Elfrad, this is an ongoing study. Following is the correspondence I had with Charlie regarding this signal. Thought you might be interested. The Elfrad people are very easy to deal with and more than willing to answer any reasonable questions.

We have notice that during high times of excitement involving many people, the signals are stronger than usual. This may or may not indicate a relationship. Only continuous monitoring over a long period of time will tell.

No bother at all. As you are aware, we monitor all signals with
frequencies from .0001 to 20 hertz. There are countless millions
of different types of these transmissions. This particular interest in the presence of the Golden Ratio frequency, was due to a colleague asking me to see if there was a detectable signal in that range.
After filtering out all signals above 1.638033 and those below
1.598033 I discovered that the PHI signal was very active. Since that time, we have archived the signal on a daily basis.

Actually there is a great deal to be surmised about this Golden Ratio Frequency, the raising of our own internal frequencies by how we use/exercise our minds AND the Theory of Embedding.
