Dear Forum Posters:

I am posting two letters from close friends of mine. They are both relating feelings that I have had, but simply have not had the time to deal with. I concur with everything that is said in the two following letters.

I have been very tolerant of the posts on the Forum. I have decided that I am no longer going to do this.

I am really tired of all the anti Jewish information on this Forum. When there was only one person posting this kind of information, I could ignore it. But now there are days that the Forum looks like a "Hate Page". I simply will no longer tolerate this. If I have to ban all race-based posts I will do it.

One of my friends pointed out to me that the reason Rumor Mill started was to focus on government crime and corruption and to expose the New World Order. The Forum is getting away from this.

I realize that hate between the races is only a divide and conquer technique that is used to keep us in small groups that can be turned against each other and/or more easily defeated. Hate should never in anyway be a part of this forum!

I have been tolerant of it because I felt that many people who read this Forum are so "innocent" of these kinds of beliefs, that I wanted to present a full picture of all the belief systems. I did this because I was trying to point out to people how difficult it was going to be to bring together all of the disparate groups into one cohesive group that can battle the NWO.

I now realize that my effort to do this was misdirected. Hate only creates more HATE. And all you have to do is look at the Rumor Mill News Forum to see this.

My personal belief is there are evil people in every race and there are NWO people in every race, class, group etc. Attacking a entire race of people is just stupid and not worthy of the intelligence of the people who are posting on this Forum.

Enough said on this --- On to my second RANT OF THE DAY!

I have stated numerous times in numerous ADMIN posts that mindless chit chat is not allowed -- However, there needs to be a definition of "mindless chit chat". Or should I leave it up to "the clear intent" or "the intent" of the poster? You all have seen what leaving it up to "intent" can do.... so,

My guidelines on meaningless chit chat

1. Compliments -- if you want to compliment the person -- email them. If they don't include their email address -- this means they don't want to hear from you. So, meaningless chit chat covers compliments and vice versa

2. Arguments and insults! These are also going to categorized as meaningless chit chat

Now -- on to things that will be allowed --

1. Questioning the author of the post as to the veracity of his work.

I am sure that many or you have seen the dialogue between nevernwo and Maggie. If not, here is the URL

This dialogue was done with no insults and they resolved a mistake that appears to have been purposely distorting what Al Gore said in his book. Earth in the Balance.

These types of dialogues are not only important, but they teach ALL of us something very important.... i.e. THE TRUTH!

The only suggestion I have for dialoges like this is --

When you are posting your reply -- please title your reply -- Also -- please post your new information ABOVE the old article --

I don't like having to scroll all the way down an article I have just read simply to find a one or two sentence reply -- Please think about how your new post is going to look and how easy it is going to be to read. Remember -- most people are "surfers" and if you want to catch a surfer, you need to have something that "catches" their attention. A simple "re: the old title posted above" doesn't catch my attention very often. All you have to do is look at the number of readers who read the reply posts that have the "re:" as a title, versus those who have a new title. I think this will make my point.

Again, if you don't want anyone to read your reply post except the person who wrote it -- send an email -- don't post it on the Forum. If you want to dialogue with the person -- title your dialogue so the rest of us know what you are writing about.

Also -- many people email me and want me to remove their posts. They get angry and upset and post something that they are later ashamed of and they want it removed immediately.

You can ALL remove your own posts by yourselves. But you have to set this up at the time you are posting -- You have to enter a password. If you enter a password, you can delete your post if you later become ashamed of it. You cannot edit it. To edit it, you have to copy it to another form, edit it, then post it again. Then you can go back and delete the first one.

Only Zapper and I can edit posts without doing this.

I probably have forgotten some things I wanted to say, but with my time limitations these days, I was lucky to get this written. As many of you know, I have had to go back to work. While the clicks on the ads have increased, they have not increased to the point that they can do anything but pay for the costs that publishing the webpage incurs. I still have other overhead such as rent and all the other costs of living in a house, driving a car, wearing clothes, and functioning is this society.

Because of this, I can no longer devote the time to doing Rumor Mill that I have been doing. Therefore, Rumor Mill will be going through some changes. I don't yet know what these changes are going to be.

If the Forum does not keep up to the high quality standards that it used to maintain, I will put an end to it the way it is right now. There are some excellent researchers who post on the Forum. I may soon decide to only let these people post on the Forum. The rest will be deleted.

Also -- even though I know that your hearts were in the right place -- I don't want anymore requests for money for Rumor Mill to be posted on the Forum. This webpage does NOT have the ability to support me. I never thought it would. I thought the sale of my books would do it. However, between the amount of time I devote to Rumor Mill and my two year illness, I did not have the time to promote my old books or write new ones. Therefore, I pushed myself into a corner where the only thing that will get me out is a wealthy patron or going back to work. Since wealthy patrons aren't knocking down my door, there is only one other choice.

Now that I have finished my RANTS for the day -- here are the two emails from friends who have been following Rumor Mill from the beginning.

Dear Raye:

Congratulations to you and to RMN for securing the release of Les Coleman!
His story is exactly the kind of otherwise-suppressed news that makes RMN a
valuable resource. Hopefully, after a well-deserved period of
recuperatiion, he will be able to testify at the defense phase of the
Lockerbie trial.

As I see it, though, the enemies of freedom are well aware of the value of
the kind of coverage you gave Les, and have set about to bury it under a
mountain of nonsense and hate. That is the best explanation I can think of
for the explosion of white supremacist and anti-Semitic propaganda that has
made up a large part of the RMN forum posts of late. It appears to be so future
truths you may uncover can be discredited by saying "You're not going to
believe what you read on that hate site, are you?"

I know that promoting hate is NOT your goal, and I know that allowing all
points of view to be heard without censorship is very valuable. So how to
get the truth out through the "noise" becomes a real problem. Your
selections of what to put on the "front page" are certainly one way.

I wish you continued success in your endeavors and good health in the
coming year. I probaby won't be posting anymore on RMN, at least in the
near future, but I will be reading it.

Dear Raye, I'm writing to you out of growing concern for the RM News
Agent's Forum.

I have been watching for a while messages that are going up on the forum and the
pattern that these messages are taking. I have noticed that with certaiin
messages being put on the board and especially with the associated
threads, that the agent's responsible for these posts are not complying
with your "Admin" posts of some weeks ago.

Over recent weeks I have been
noticing the board is getting seriously cluttered with nothing but
rubbish. Please don't get me wrong, that is not to say there are not
good posts going up because there are, however, there is also a greater
amount of rubbish as well.

Many posts do not fit the criteria you set out in your "Admin" posts. The main
culprits of this action, correct me if I am wrong, seem to be relatively
new to the Forum, and seem to be the same ones putting some good posts
but at the same time a lot of rubbish.

These agents seem to be
using the board as their own private discussion forum sometimes just
putting up one line messages for each other.

I also feel there is growing ever so subtly hate
mongering towards Jews and those of opposing political views. Now I
have grown to expect this from Jana Janus (aka Rogue Butterfly) but I
have also noticed this popping its head up in posts from MarkSeely and
NeverkNWO.

The concerns I have in bringing all this to your
attention is that the Agent's Forum may have been infiltrated to slow or
seriously hinder the effectiveness of the forum, or even to cause the
forum to crash.

Another reason I say this is also from the content of
material being posted. i.e. Posts put up by NeverkNWO seem to be rather
good material and research and a good view on the overall world
situation, but to my research there seems to be some important things
missing and some fabrications added which include belief in the
"Protocols Of The Learned Elders Of Zion". I have found that many
researchers either do not know about or they dismiss the modern day
validity, and that is the role in the world scenario of the Priory of
Sion. I personally know of a gentleman that is now a Christian minister
who was once a member of the Illuminati, and in conversation with him
confirmed to me that the Priory of Sion is the second highest echelon in
the whole running of the world and the NWO. Sorry if it seems like I'm
blowing my trumpet its just that I feel this part of the puzzle gets
left out alot and albeit conveniently.

So my concern here is whether or not certain information is being put up
merely as disinformation. I have also noticed that some agents are
trying to help RuMills by asking people for donations which I agree
with, but not knowing if this has been orgasnised with you, and not that
I need to know, I am concerned with the ones that seem to be organising
this as they are the ones that seem to be breaching the potocols you
have set out.

I recently discovered that one of our noted posters was definitely posting disinformation. His posts have all been deleted. I may soon do this with other posts that I fear are disinformation. I no longer have the time to comment on each post and point out the nonsense or lies -- therefore, in the future, if I find something that I feel contains things that are not true, they will simply be deleted.
