It was nice to see the misquote on Al Gore's book challenged in this forum because hate can only blind you to the truth. Although there is a lot to be gained by exploring why "someone" wanted to plant disinformation about the book I want to call attention to some surprizing things that actually ARE in the book.
It is not possible to tell how many people actually wrote the book. There are some contradictions, like in the public positions of Al Gore. In the book he cautions about the dangers of genetic engineering(Chapter 7). As a Clinton team player, he touts the porduct of genetic engineering as safe. If he were to be his own man it is hard to say where he would stand. Further
he makes a big case for local property rights and local determination of land use on p. 243 where he quotes R. C. Austin: "I learned early on from my years as a pastor in Appalacia and from the days when I started fighting strip mining in southwest Virginia that the only defense those mountains have from exploitation by the energy conglomerates' bulldozers is the poor, isolated people who live in those hollows, who care so deeply that they would fight for that land." However later in the book comes pictures of international agencies that would supposedly take care of the earth.
Stepping back a little for perspective it seems that this book is actually something of a position paper or proposal, in the style of the works of H. G. Wells and Col. House, when the NWO hatched their plans in fiction novels. That is Al Gore advocates a particular plan of action for the NWO to take. He tries to suggest reforms and perhaps offers an olive branch of international controls for those too power hungry to trust the little people.
His proposals are radical and at direct odds with what is usually referred to as faction one. On page 252 he begins to attack Francis Bacon and "The New Atlantis" This is as if a Catholic were to attach all of the popes who have ever lived. Bacon's book is the utopian scheme that has been followed and added to for 500 years to create the NWO. Here the goal is to set up the nonelected 12 or so wise businessmen who rule the world, more or less described by the words PAX GATTANA. As many on the forum sense, this will set the stage for the AntiChrist to take the stage, overthrow the NWO and set up his own rule. Although Bacon was truly a great man and did much to help human progress, his thinking came to take a direction that led into the arms of Satanism. Al Gore recognizes this and proposes that this element be taken out of the NWO and that the NWO return to God!!

His moral confusion-the confusion at the heart of modern science-came from his assumption, echoing Plato, that human intellectcould safely analyze and understand the natural world without reference to any moral principles defining our relationship and dities to both God and God's creation. Bacon, for example, was able to enthusiastically advocate vivisection for the pure joy of learning without reference to any moral purpose, such as saving human lives, as justification for the act."
If there is a struggle going on behind the scenes of the election, then those who want to save the NWO by reform are struggling with the dunderheads who do not realize that the NWO cannot survive without reform. Not that I personally care for either position.
And now to the point of this post. On page 247 he references a little noticed phenomena that is mentioned in the Bible and Gore's words are pretty self explanatory here:
" As it happens, the idea of social justice is inextricably linked in the Scriptures with ecology. In passage after passage, environmental degradation and social justice go hand in hand. Indeed, the first instance of 'pollution' in the Bible occurs when Cain slays Abel and his blood falls on the ground, rendering it fallow. According to Genesis, after the murder, when Cain asks, 'Am I my brother's keeper?' the Lord replies, 'Your brother's blood calls out to me from the ground. What have you done?' God then tells Cain that his brother's blood has defiled the ground and that as a result, 'no longer will it yield crops for you, even if you toil on it forever!'"
For Christian esotericists, the blood of Christ has a similar significance. It was spilled on the ground and remained there. The earth was changed forever thereby and the Father noticed that the earth has been changed. One aspect of the changing of the earth was the imprinting of the life cycle of Christ in the events of the earth. Every century, from century to century this imprint grows stronger. And from century to century Satan and the NWO struggle against this cycle.
Every 33 and 1/3 years there is a manisfestation of the deeds of Christ, even in the weather and the affairs of human beings. In this past century, the years 1933, 1966-7 and 2000 are of special importance for the work of Christ. At the same time the NWO working with the evil powers seek to create distractions so that this is not noticed. So when Hitler appeared, Christ was especially close. Many actually had encounters, sadly, many of these were in the concentration camps in the darkest hours. Because of the election distraction we know that HE is again especially close.
One thing that was noticed first amoung some of the camp survivors and then amoung others was that immediately after the peak of the 33.33 year cycle (= 3 times 11.11 year sunspot cycle) there followed 12 years of evil. Following the 66-67 peak the evil was strongest in asia, as were most of the concentration camps (Cambodia, Cultural revolution in China, Viet Nam, etc.)
The time alloted to Hitler and FDR was both 12 years. They assumed power and died together. One other president has had 12 years this century: gh Bush, however he began in 1980 after the Reagan assination and this does not coincide with the 33.3 year peak (some are able to make a relation between 33.3 and doubling it to get its opposite 66.6 or 666 but that has been discussed elsewhere).
Since the NWO knows this cycle, it knows that if Clinton keeps the presidency, he will not be able to continue the 12 years to 2012. 12 years is his limit here. Whoever comes in now can however reasonably expect to be president until 2012. Here the 12 years would coincide with maximum evil (power). Clinton can stay in sync if he become sec. gen. of the UN. There may be a deal between the incoming president and his appointment. Letting Hilary (or anyone else) be president in 04 or 08 would not max out her power so this is a weak option to the NWO. However there could be other possible combinations such as Hillary president and Bill sec. gen.
In the 60's the NWO feared the generation coming in because they would be especially sensitive to Christ and to changing the world. They spent years researching techniques and drugs to achieve this. Marijuana became their weapon of choice and it worked to a large extent.
In the period 2000 and 2012 they must work especially hard to stop the generation coming of age now. One of their latest weapons is universal vaccination, a program very big with the w. The Elian saga has some of its roots in the effort to stop the next generation as do so many of the governmental programs with children. Indeed the age of Elian tells us a lot of when they view some of their critical time periods to be.
