No, I have to take issue with you on that. This is not some "made to order" prophecy, it's the real thing. It is based largely on Native American Traditions from various tribes and some of the stories themselves date back thousands of years. I wont go into detail but much of what Lee Brown says can be found in other facets of Native American culture: too much to be a coincidence.
These are real Native American traditional tales.
However I do agree with you on one critical point. You are exactly on target when you say:

Precisely. And the same thing is happening here in Europe. Since the end of World War Two the continent has seen waves of immigrants from various ethnic backgrounds. This has been no accident, it is exactly what the Ruling Elite want. Why? Quite simply to further the principle of 'Divide and Rule.'
With their advanced esoteric knowledge the Ruling Elite KNEW that this would happen. So what have they done?
THEY'VE HI-JACKED THE PROCESS! They've accelerated it! They've taken control of it for their own purposes!
So what should have occurred naturally and slowly over thousands of years has been forced through in a few short decades. The Ruling Elite use ethnic diversity to play off one ethnic group against another and the "herding of the races" is exactly that.
A varient on the principle of Divide and Rule.
You could liken it to the process of growing up.

As human beings we all grow up and develop sexually.
However expecting a child to behave as an adult . . . Only the lowest and most abominable would agree to that. Do I need to explain any further?
Well this "herding of the races" is the same kind of thing, deviation of a natural principle.
