She states emphatically that she is the incarnation of the prophet Issiah. Having said that, let me quote a bit of some of her better books.

Barbara Hand Clow is a noted astrological counselor, spiritual teacher, and writer. She is author of Eye of the Centaur, Heart of the Christos, Chiron, and Liquid Light of Sex.
In one of her books, I believe it was Eye of the Centaur, she speaks of one of her past lives where approached by a raging Tiger who was about to eat her, she prostated herself and allowed herself to be raped by the tiger to save her life, but then amazingly stated she had never felt more alive.
"Where do we find such women today?" Forgive me for saying this, I apologize, it was my own personal interjection. Let us proceed with the story.
"The Earth Goddess responds to this creative idea by shivering, which informs us that she can now recieve the crystal. She understands that this crystal will forever alter the experience of the planet itself, and she also lets us know that she has prepared the Earth for the arrival of this diamond body. This diamond child "cosmic egg," will manifest as all children during this time. And when time is finished in A.D.. 2013, all earthlings will become this child.
In the past, when we Nibiruans were involved in actual gestation and birthing on earth we accomplished it through various implant procedures, interference in the womb, and even through gods who mated with human females. But this time we hve created a new way for Earthlings to become star people; cellular attunementto the corridor between Earth and sky through resonation with the galactic diamond.

The resonation from the iron core of the Earth crystal-a humming-occurs when a man and woman achieve mutual orgasm. In that moment of perfect resonation, the crystal becomes organic, forming a fertilized egg of carbon essence. The cover-up-the "Immaculate Conception"-was written into the records in order to make certain that Earthlings would not realize that Christ was the first human to incarnate with a diamond body through the natural processes of the earth. At the time of actual conception, the humming enlivened his cells with the vibration of stellar light.
Christ was born when a star was visible in the sky. This was the night when the Sirian crystal was holographically inserted into his cells. The Temple of Solomon, which later became the Vatican, thus became the womb of the Mother, the Temple of the Diamond Body. Christ was born from all dimensions and realities, but the stellar ray that he carried personally was Pleadian. On a night when the star passed across the sky, the Magi-the astrologers of the Temple of Solomon-knew exactly where to go to visit and protect the child against the powers who controlled the bloodlines of the planet.
This sharing of the child gifted by Nibiru represented a new form of kingship on this planet. It marked the beginning and also the eventual end of the reign of the first human being from all dimensions was the beginning of a new Earthling who would lead the way to star communion. These incarnations will be completed in A.D. 2012 when a great star will appear as the fiery Feathered Serpent in the sky. Nibiru orbits into our solar system every thirty-six hundred years. His research on Sumerian records indicates that its most recent visits were 3600 B.C. and Aspasia saw; this event is also reported in most ancient records. Whatever the source, these periodic visitations always cause great infusion of cosmic awareness on Earth. Since the Mayan Calendar ends in A.D. 2013, it is likely that another visitation is coming soon.
At the end of time, the arrival of the star will be like the return of yourselves. By A.D. 2012, all the cover-ups will be exposed just as all the Dead Sea Scrolls-the Niburuan recoreds of the A.D. O teaching-are translated. Other records and artifacts will also help to awaken the Earth. With the reentry of the star into the Solar System, the actual encodement of Christ consciousness will shift the planetary consciousness, just as Christ shifted it in A.D. O.
Make no mistake, Christ was a multidimensional human who incarnated on Earth with twelve-strand DNA. He said humans would one day do all that he did and more, and that time has arrived. From 1987 to 2013, all individuals born on Earth will be imprinted with the multidimensional self.
