Speaking of 'manufactured deseases' for means of population control, let's reread a revealing document: NSSM 200, written April 27, 1974 by Henry Kissinger. Mainly the study falsely claimed that population growth in the so-called Lesser Developed Countries (LDCs) was a grave threat to US national security.
Although issued by US-government agencies, the roots for this 'proposal for worldwide population control' might not at all be US-bound if you look at its initiators, which are to be found in the sourrogates of NWO-circles. The bogus arguments that Kissinger advanced were not original. One of his major sources was the Royal Commission on Population, which King George VI had created in 1944 "to consider what measures should be taken in the national interest to influence the future trend of population". In July of 1969, President Richard Nixon had also presented a "Special Message to the Congress on Problems of Population Growth". A year later, President Nixon signed a bill establishing the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future, known as the Rockefeller Commission, for it chairman, John D. Rockefeller 3rd.
Pieces of a bigger puzzle are starting to come together although most people do only see a part of it. Intentions are always promoted as 'good' but the sinister gist of the matter is often hidden in plain sight...
But back to NSSM 200 which was compiled by the National Security Council - the highest level of command in the US-government. The NSC is headed by the President of the United States and his designated Security Advisor, and its purpose is to coordinate the overseas operations of all executive branches the US-government.

The 1974 Directive NSSM 200 was signed by Henry Kissinger on behalf of President Nixon. On November 26, 1975, President Gerald R. Ford endorsed the 227 page report and its recommendations. Later Presidents like Jimmy Carter, showed considerably less interest in curbing population growth than did his predecessors Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. And the Reagan administration took a somewhat different approach (i.e., the Mexico City Policy that banned direct US financing for abortions).
In 1972, the World Health Organization (WHO) had published a 'proposal' which sounds like a clinical description of the function of the AIDS virus: "An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function, e.g., by ...affecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function. The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the cells responding to the viral antigens." (Bulletin of the W.H.O., vol. 47, p 257- 274). Strangely enough, the occuring of AIDS infections in Africa coincides exactly with the locations of the WHO smallpox vaccination program in the mid-1970's. Additionally about 14,000 Haitians - then on UN secondment to Central Africa - were also vaccinated in this campaign. The personnel conducting the vaccinations might have been unaware that the vaccine was a 'Trojan Horse' indeed...
The 'discovery' of the AIDS (HTLV3) virus was announced by Dr. Robert Gallo at the National Cancer Institute, which is on the grounds of Fort Detrick, Maryland, a primary U.S. Army biological warfare research facility. Actually, the AIDS virus looks and acts much like a cross between a bovine leukemia virus and a sheep visna virus, cultured in a human cell culture...
