US Civil War Looming?

To All Americans,

As I watch the ebb and flow of events in your country, I sometimes see things
rise to new levels. Yesterday, as I was browsing various web sites, and
following the news I started feeling that the situation in your country is
moving more towards the danger-point.

I received an e-mail from the American Patriot Friends Network which is
trying to rally folks together. Their message was that Clinton's attempt to

remain in office for a Third Term must be opposed at all costs. You folks
have rules, and Clinton is continually breaking and circumventing them and
playing with your minds - feeding you a lot of legalistic nonsense. Maybe
this is the place to draw the line.

I am not one given to a lot of emotion about democratic rights, voting and
all. But there is one advantage which democracy has over other forms of
Government. It is this: If democracy is practised honestly, fairly and in the
spirit of sportsmanship (let the best man win), then a CIVIL WAR can *NEVER*
occur. Think about that. If the will of the majority is expressed, then the
majority will be content with whoever they elected - even if they elected an
idiot. There can never be an uprising against such a Government. BUT, the
opposite is also true. If democracy is subverted, and voting fraud
predominates then the people are powerless, and this can lead to a violent
uprising. Clinton+Gore are pushing you folks towards that.

The big question is: How far, and how hard is Clinton willing to push you?
Does he have the will to push you over the edge? Does he maybe even WANT you
to go over the edge so that he can attempt to use force against you to
suppress you?

Does he think he has you all figured out? Does he reckon you're all sheep
who'll just take more of the same? Or has he misjudged this time? (I think
so).

Here in Southern Africa we have been subjected to propaganda and lies for
decades. I believe many of you Americans are not familiar with Psychological
Warfare and how effective it really is. The Mass Media (CNN, etc), is
Clinton's willing propaganda arm. His "spin doctors" are nothing more than
PROPAGANDISTS. These people are EXCELLENT at playing with the english
language and with words so that they do not arouse emotions in you and so
that you are slowly brainwashed. I see lots of psychological warfare
emanating from the Clinton camp. Subtle, and not-so-subtle propaganda is
being fired constantly against the Republicans. They're playing games with
your head and with your mind. They're playing for time while no doubt
feverishly working behind the scenes at manipulating things. Clinton is a
brilliant lawyer. He appointed the judges. Clinton could tie you folks up in
a lot of legalistic horse manure, and convince you that what he has done is
legal and right - and he is clever enough to circumvent your constitution.
Clinton is a very dangerous man. Are you surprised that the judges ruled
against you?

Among the good psychological warfare, which I have witnessed, consists of
accusing your enemy of the same crime which you are about to commit in the
open. Then while everyone watches your enemy you commit the same crime and
hardly anyone notices. The secret is being the FIRST to throw the mud. Note:
The Clinton camp made much of the fact that Bush's brother, Jeb(?) is the
governor of Florida. Jeb then in fact was so troubled by this that he stepped
back out of the scene. But that doesn't matter. The damage is done. This
isn't the first (nor last) time that the Clinton camp will play this game.
They are highly accomplished practitioners of the art.

Also, remember, Clinton has 900 FBI files (and maybe much more). I believe he
has tremendous power over the elected Republican officials and he can
blackmail them on the basis of: "You take me down, and I'll take you down. I
have more dirt on you than you have on me."

I believe that you Republicans may find that in the end, the Republicans
might just start caving to Clinton's clandestine controlling manoevres.
Already I see talk from some Republicans saying that they may have to boycott
Gore's swearing in. They're already talking of DEFEAT!

Napoleon once said that if you want to change the world then you must work on
the masses. The only effective and lasting change in the world comes from THE
PEOPLE. (Note: Religion operates on this basis. This is how God works).

In the end, folks, it may be up to THE AMERICAN PEOPLE as to whether Clinton
is to be thrown out or not. The final decision, and the only effective course
of action may actually be YOU FOLKS. I say this because the US Military is
unlikely to operate against an elected government. But if you folks set the
scene, they will FOLLOW and SUPPORT you. Jeff Nyquist told me years ago that
he believes Clinton controls the Republicans through blackmail. Note how
Clinton survived impeachment. The odds were stacked against him but suddenly,
when the crucial moment came the senators CAVED. It may happen again.

All in all, as I view your situation, I wonder how close to the edge, Clinton
and Gore will take you folks, and if, at some point, a "revolutionary fire"
will start among you folks which will burn out of control (which will be good
actually). A big question rests on whether the Democrats will, in the
remaining time (which as you will see is continually stretched out for one or
more legalistic BS reason), will eventually attempt to close that large gap
through a final fraud.

As I watch, I believe you folks are moving ever closer to possible Civil War.

Let's talk Civil War for a moment. Let's think about the unthinkable. I
believe the odds are on the side of the Republicans and if a fight must come
the Republicans will win. I'm willing to bet that the odds are: 2:1 in favour
of the Republicans + 90% of the military on their side as well. Napoleon said
that if you want a war to be humane, and to reduce the human suffering to a
minimum, then you must fight it QUICKLY. This is very true. Here in Africa we
have had some wars drag on for 30 and even 40 years. I read too, that 90% of
US Military Officers are republican and apparently the US Military networks
are abuzz with talk of how they were cheated out of their vote on the
weekend.

I believe Clinton is the mastermind behind Gore. Gore is the village idiot
with the pretty face, but Clinton is the brains of the outfit. It may be that
Clinton has laid a trap for you. It may be that he WANTS violence, so he can
declare a state of emergency. It may be that he is CONFIDENT that he can
outmanoevre you all - even in a civil war - because he will have Russia and
China behind him and most of the socialist world (including Tony Blair in
England). Clinton may believe that he can bring in foreign troops to help.

I want to make a simple, clear point to all of you. The way to beat Clinton
decisively, quickly and with minimum of bloodshed, is to move fast, hit hard
and keep hitting until you win. If you do that, then Clinton CANNOT use the
media, use his lies, and get time to drag other countries into your personal
affairs. Speed will annul all his advantages.

If trouble must come, then react swiftly, rally to the cause and shoot until
you win the White House back and you put the rightful President in power.
Don't listen to Clinton's overtures of "peace" or appeals for calm - these
will just be tricks to swindle you out of another rightful victory.

There are those of us, in the outside world who support you and who believe a
victory for you would be good for us and the world to help us clean out some
of our own garbage dictators. A win for you, is a win for the free world and
good things can come of this.

The White House is a key place. The White House is yours. On 20th January(?)
Clinton must move out. If he doesn't, then you folks could take it. There is
no reason whatsoever, that on any given day, you folks could wake up one
morning and say: Today we will take the White House back", and by sunset that
evening it could be in your hands. If you folks converge on the White House
and take it and occupy it, you could soon have your country back and you
could hand it over to its rightful occupant - George W. Bush.
