A very interesting e-mail. I don't claim to know exactly WHAT is going on in the heavens, all I know is SOMETHING IS GOING ON!
Whether it is Project Blue Beam, Planet X or a benign earth roll over is for each individual to discern for themselves. If you want to believe it is a mass hallucination, feel free! It is your mind, and I am glad you are using it!

Let me try to explain this. The astromomers say there is an imaginary celestial sphere, whereupon the stars are said to sit (in realty of course they do not). The earth axes(plural of axis) are said to project out onto this celestial sphere, both the north and the south. The North Celestial Pole (TNCP) has a pinpointing difficulty because the Chandler Wobble causes the view of the North Celestial Pole to 'wander' on our imaginary sphere. Polaris is said to represent the position of TNCP, but it is not exactly so. Follow so far?
The South Celestial Pole (TSCP) doesn't 'wander' like TNCP. TSCP sits out in the darkness of space and a layman, on a clear night, can pinpoint TSCP by triangulating Alpha and Beta Centaurus with The Crux. This is how it is achieved:- Draw an imaginary line between Alpha and Beta Centaurus and dissect it mid-way with an imaginary perpendicular line away from Centaurus; simultaneously run another imaginary line down the long axis of The Crux (Alphacrux and Gammacrux). Where these 2 imaginary lines meet in space is TSCP. Now, a drunk Ozzie can always find his way home if he knows how to find terrestrial south. He does that by first determining the position of TSCP; he then 'drops' an imaginary line, perpendicular to the horizon, from TSCP and voila, he locates terrestrial south. Often he will consign terrestrial south with some trees, or mountains or structure etc. Follow me again? It's okay to tell me I've lost you; I'll retry.
I live near the 37degree lattitude.; that means TSCP is supposed to be about 37 degrees off the horizon. From where I make my observations on my elevated verandah it assumes a lesser value. TSCP from the same location on my verandah varies between 25-30 degrees. The method is obviously not perfect. It is winter here and I am hampered by overcast conditions so I cannot make daily and regular observations. Nevertheless, I am observing TSCP to vary in both evening and morning skies. I have observed it to be an additional 25 degrees higher off the horizon (total of 50 degree) AND I have observed it to be up to 20 degree to the left of terrestrial south.
Now, insofar as the Moon goes I still have the same handicap of overcast conditions. Generally, I have not observed anything which approximates Cliff's observations. However, two or three mornings ago I did observe both TSCP 50 degrees higher and 20 degrees to the left AND the Moon, while setting on time, was setting about 25 degrees towards south. One expected hounds to be baying in the eery moonlight; dogs were barking instead, at 5AM. All I can say is I have never seen the Moon set that far south.
One of several things might explain these anomalies. (i) The Earth is tilting in a gentle rocking motion( I decline to use the word "wobble" lest it's confused with the normal Chandler Wobble). (ii) The Earth might be pivoting alternately on one or the other axis; i.e the pivot point one day is TNCP and the next is TSCP. (iii)We all might be victims of man-made atmospheric holograms. What we are observing is real and may be harbinger to a full roll-over and Earth may be building up a 'gymnast's momentum' to facilitate a full roll-over.
The best I can determime is a cosmic phenomena is imminent. It should be part of a regular, long-term solar rejuvenation process which includes the Sun switching off for a few days. If this is correct and true, the other planets wander off their courses. Earth doesn't: It simply rolls over. The roll-over should be relatively benign. But there is more to this more to this cosmic phenomena. I will share what I know and you can draw your own conclusions. You have my permission to share the contents of my e.mail to you with others... if you want to.

In regards to the Big Dipper, he offered this interesting information:

I meant to pass comment in my earlier e.mail regarding the Big Dipper. The zodiacal constellations 'travel' across the skies, but the southern constellations 'twist'. For instance, the long axis of The Crux constellation might be parallel to the horizon at 7:30PM, but by 5AM it has 'twisted' around about 100 degrees. However, TSCP normally remains within 5 degrees.
I presume the northern constellations also 'twist' during the
evening. Make your observations of the Big Dipper at the same
time for a week, and at the same location. Especially determine the position of Polaris in the heavens and hand-span down to the horizon at the same time. Check it against a terrestrial target for left/right and also at the same time for a week.
The method for reckoning degrees is to outstretch your arm
and view the heavens by your cocking your hand backwards and
spreading your fingers. For instance, on my outsretched arm and
full hand span I obtain 25 degrees from little finger to thumb; each finger is 2.5 degrees and four closed fingers is 10 degrees. Or another way of reckoning is:- Eight and three quarter inches is 25 degrees; seven inches is 20 degrees; five and one quarter inches is 15 degrees; three and one half inches is 10 degrees. Compare your hand size with a tape measure so you get to familiar converting your hand-spanning to degrees. This evening here in the southern hemisphere the Sun appeared to set, maybe, 5 degrees further south. I reasoned if the
Earth is tilting, this 5 degree apparent change might be confimed by checking left/right positions of TSCP. At 7:30 PM I observed TSCP to be 12 degree higher off the horizon. Normally my left/right evening observation positions of TSCP aligns within 2 degrees of my terrestrial target. Tonight it appeared to be about 5-7 degrees to the left of my terrestrial target. I suggest you get validation from other RMS readers living in the southern hemisphere.
