FLORIDA RECOUNTS MAY BE INVALID
SHUTTING DOWN THE COUP D'ETAT

November 16, 2000 (Washington) Vice President Al Gore, reportedly the new host of "LET'S MAKE A DEAL" cleverly scheduled a statement last night for the 6:30 pm Eastern Time beginning of nightly news shows on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, etc., which assured him maximum media exposure in what is clearly a slick PR move in the finest tradition of Bill Clinton, his mentor. In this latest maneuver, Gore made the outlandish offer to Governor George W. Bush that if the Bush team would agree to a statewide manual recount in Florida, that Al Gore would abide by the result and pursue no further legal action. Let's begin by first pointing out that if a request for a recount is not made within 72 hours of the Election, a recount under Florida Law cannot be conducted. That is the Law, and Al Gore needs to start thinking about the Rule of Law, since he's spent the last eight years ignoring it.

Secondly, he brazenly suggested that the discourse and discussion of this dispute needed to be improved, in other words, the honorable and upright Al Gore thinks that things have been getting a little nasty. Let's see here, as I recall it was the Gore Campaign who compared Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris with a "soviet commissar", called her a "hack", etc., as the Democratic Smear Machine was gearing up for an all-out assault on their newest perceived "enemy".

But there is a monkey wrench in the Democratic Plot for their fascist coup d'etat, and I will continue to keep referring to it as a "fascist" plot, because that is exactly what it is: a bold-faced attempt to circumvent a legal Presidential Election, to subvert the United States Constitution, to thwart the will of We The People, and to reduce the electoral process to teams of lawyers. O.J. Simpson had his "Dream Team", Al Gore has a team too - but if they succeed, they will be forever known as the "Nightmare Team", because that is what America will be subjected to: a nightmare regime, not elected in it's own right, a regime that obtained it's power from sinister legal maneuvers, backroom plotting and conspiracy, and felony voter fraud committed on the American people. In my last column, I detailed how the Democratic Party willfully approved a ballot that it knew in advance could be used for the purpose of orchestrating the precise kind of voter fraud that is now taking place in Palm Beach County Florida. But as with many criminal conspiracies, the Gore Campaign has slipped up. They have missed something, something vital to the scheming and plotting they have engaged in...

Mr. Jon Dougherty, of World Net Daily, in his column dated November 15, 2000 announced a development that has not (as of the time of this writing) been addressed by the so-called mainstream media, by the courts, by the lawyers, by the political teams, but it is something unforeseen which may ultimately bring this Democratic coup d'etat to a screeching halt.

The Buchanan Campaign has reportedly served notice on the Supervisor of Elections in Palm Beach County that Florida Law has not been followed, i.e., the Buchanan Campaign was not notified that a recount would take place, to give them the opportunity to send representatives to witness the recount process. Pending verification from the other counties that have conducted recounts, it would appear that those counties were not in compliance with Florida State Law, § 102.166(4)(c), which says that when a county canvassing board authorizes a manual recount, "the county canvassing board shall make a reasonable effort to notify each candidate whose race is being recounted at the time and place of such recount."

In other words, IF the counties did not follow Florida State Law by notifying the Buchanan Campaign (which has raised this issue in Palm Beach County), the results which were obtained cannot be accepted as valid or certifiable and must be discarded. The only vote totals which can be accepted are the totals as of Election Night November 7th, at the discretion of Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris.

While the Gore Campaign is trumpeting the refusal of the Florida State Supreme Court to order a halt to the hand recounts that are taking place, the truth is that those recounts must be considered illegal as defined by Florida State Law, and there is no remedy for that illegality, in that any future recount, whether by machine or by hand, cannot be considered accurate based upon the fact that the ballots have already been manhandled, mangled, twisted, folded, and whatever else has happened to them since this Al Gore-orchestrated con-game began last week.

It doesn't matter if the Palm Beach County voters were "confused", it doesn't matter if some Democratic power-broker wants to call the design of the ballot "illegal", it doesn't matter if ballots were allegedly "double-punched". At this point, the only thing that matters is that whether by machine or by hand, Palm Beach County has conducted recounts which appear to be illegal, and the results of that recount are tainted and cannot be trusted.

The only thing that matters, is the Rule of Law. And the Laws of the State of Florida must be upheld, and that means that the Secretary of State, Katherine Harris may not be able to accept the "certified" ballot results from ANY county which conducted an illegal recount. So what does this mean for America? It means that after over a week of Democratic smoke-screens, slick-lawyer talk, demagogues of every persuasion attempting to overturn the results of this Presidential Election, it means that Governor George W. Bush and Secretary Richard Cheney have been elected President and Vice-President of these United States. Any further attempts by the Democratic Party, by Vice-President Al Gore, by ANYONE to prevent the Constitutional transfer of power, can only be seen in the context of TREASON. Treason against the People of the United States, Treason against the Constitution of the United States, and the full weight of the judicial system must be brought to bear against ANYONE seeking to subvert and overthrow our free Republic.

I ask you again my friends, get this message to each and every person you can.

And I urge you to read II Chronicles 7:14 "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

We will not win this battle by our own devices, we must place our trust in a far greater Power than our own.

In other words, Pray for our Republic.
