In 1999, President Bill Clinton had his friends, Representative Serrano and Shays, introduce a bill to create an amendment to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual can serve as president.
It takes 7 years for an amendment to go through the states. It will need to be passed in three quarters of the states. If the Amendment is passed this year, by 2008, Bill Clinton could run for president again.
If Bill and Hillary divorce and Hillary stays in New York and Bill moves to California to make movies about what a great President he was -- then in 2008, he can run for President and Hillary will be his VP -- or vice versa!
Senator Hillary pledged to introduce a bill to create an amendment to do away with the Electoral College. If this happens, the liberal fringes of our country will be able to elect Bill and Hill as dictators of the world!!!
Take a look at the map on this page. The Red areas represent the counties won by George Bush. The Blue areas represent the counties won by Al Gore. You will see that the population base that has won Al Gore the popular vote lies on the fringes of our country -- both geographically and morally.
You will have to click the graphic file to make the map come up.
