The BIS webpage gives a link to all the Central Banks in the world, including the Federal Reserve. On the Federal Reserve page is a page showing articles written by economists. One of these articles -- titled the "something" regime -- I can't remember the name right now -- appears to be a plan for restructuring our economy.
