Alien space craft was seen diving into the Persian gulf. It is suspected that they have a base under the water in the Persian Gulf

It is speculated that the base was built tens of thousands of years ago when the Persian Gulf was a fertile valley

It is speculated that alien technology carved out a passage way to the sea at the Ithmus of Hormuz to let in the water in order to cover the base with water and hide it.

Contact was made between the aliens and the Kuwaitis. The Kuwaitis were given scientic information by the aliens. Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait to get this information.

Twelve million aliens are going to be resettled in Yugoslavia. (This was told to me before the wars in Yugoslavia -- I speculate that the wars are the cover for the settlement of the aliens who look very similar to Yugoslavians)

The word "resettled" was used -- not "settled". Does this mean that these people used to live on earth?

Re-settlement would take several years to accomplish

The aliens are being tutored at the moon base and are being resettled as they become proficient in the ways of the earth.
