Nope, he is just an old guy, born in 1926. He used to teach piano lessons, but only to boys. Now, if that wouldn't set alarms off, I don't know what would. He rides his bike all over this town, but he is supposed to stay away from schools and parks. They said he is cured, but a person is never cured from that. In Nebraska, they post pictures, addresses, and descriptions of what they consider high risk repeat offenders on the internet. They are supposed to notify schools and day care centers when those type of people are released from jail. When my kids were going to regular school (homeschooled now), a child molester lived right across the street from the school. He was an upstanding citizen, so all he got was 6 months of counseling and then they said he was cured. I don't think so. He is long dead by now, but I never liked the way he looked at my daughter. Parents, trust your instincts. If something feels weird, or if someone looks at your kid funny, do something about it before it is too late.
The second idea I had was to pick up a baseball bat, very handily nearby, and whack him in the back of the head with it. I decided not to do that, as I would get in trouble for doing it, and he wouldn't for being in the toy section.
