in response to three e mails i wish to state that cs credit suisse fist boston is in no way involved in the bankruptcy. as foreseen by law, cs placed the shares in the public and was advsior to the company. cs will carry a loss on it. to suspect any foulplay is beyond any possibility. cs simply does not need this.
