FOOD FOR OIL SCANDAL COULD SPELL END FOR UNITED NATIONS
One of my sources has just advised me that the ever developing Oil for Food scandal in the United Nations could lead to the withdrawal of both the United States and Britain from the United Nations.
The proportions of the scandal are growing everyday. Not only did Saddam Hussein rake off 10 billion dollars that went to his family, over 270 other individuals also stole huge amounts.
The Russians and the French are blocking a thorough investigation. Britain and the United States may use their votes in the security council to push through a tougher investigation, but it is doubtful that the truth of this scandal will ever fully be known if the United Nations stays in charge of the investigation.
Needless to say, the scandal appears to rest on the doorstep of Kofi Annan himself. Kofi Annan's son Kojo, is connected to firms that profited excessively from the food for oil arrangements.
There are growing cries in Congress for the United States to pull out of the United Nations if the U.N. does not conduct a thorough investigation and punish all those who profited. My source reports that one of his sources in the British goverment has stated that England is ready to stop pushing for a United Nations investigation and demand that the world create an independent council to investigate not only this scandal but the United Nations itself. These British lawmakers are certain the United Nations is inherently corrupt and cannot be saved.
My source told me that one of his UK contacts told him this type of scandal has been "business as usual" at the United Nations since its formation. It's another way for the Elite to reward their friends and families. But the magnitude of this scandal has blown all the other scandals out of the water.
My source said if the American people really knew what the United Nations did with the money the American tax-payers give them, there would be an outcry across this nation to not only withdraw from the U.N., but throw all of them off American soil.
My friend reminded me that the Security Council ran the Viet Nam war, which meant that the Soviets knew ahead of time what military manuevers were being planned. The Soviets shared this information with the Chinese who shared it with the North Viet Namese. There was never any hope that South Viet Nam would remain a free country. Why? The United Nations did not want its vote on the side of free nations. It wanted more votes from communist nations.
If people haven't noticed, the United Nations has an agenda, and that agenda is not about Freedom, it is about perverting the direction of Republics and freedom and channeling the world into communist governments which wholeheartedly support the goals of the United Nations. The United Nations is the front for the world Elite who created communism as a way of dividing the world in order to conquer it.
My source said this food for oil scandal has been the best thing that has ever happened to freedom. He believes that a thorough vetting of those who profitted will open the doors to the "rackets" the United Nations has been engaged in since its founding. Once people realize that this supposedly "humanitarian" organization was created not only to hand the world over to a one world totalitarian dictatorship, but to enrich the Swiss bank accounts of those who helped defeat freedom worldwide... Once they realize this, their eyes will be opened regarding the non profits organzations and the NGOs... those non-elected servants of the Elite who write laws and ram them through governments around the world. Most of these laws are designed to rid the world of private property that is in the hands of people other than the World Elite.

The $100 billion Iraqi Oil for Food program was by far the largest relief operation in the history of the United Nations. By extension, it's rapidly becoming the U.N.'s largest-ever scandal.......... A mountain of evidence has now accumulated to suggest the Iraqi people suffered from shortages of quality food and medicine not because international sanctions were too strict, but because lax or corrupt oversight at U.N. headquarters in New York allowed Saddam Hussein to exploit the system for his own purposes.
Those included rewarding friends and allies world-wide with oil allocations on very favorable terms, as well as extracting large kickbacks from oil traders and suppliers of humanitarian goods........ There can be little doubt that U.N. mismanagement contributed greatly to the negative perception of the anti-Saddam containment policy. There is also little doubt that the reward and kickback scheme--as well the possibility of exposure--was a factor as some countries weighed whether to back U.S.-led regime change in Iraq.
The United States Congress needs to demand that a full investigation take place and they need to back up their demands with their pledge of withdrawal from the United Nations if this is not done. They also need to set a time limit. They cannot allow this thing to drag out, because if they do, they will see the largest scandal in world history swept under the UN rug!
No wonder France is backing John Kerry for President.
No wonder France and Russian both are doing everything they can to stop this investigation. It will expose how their citizens and government enriched themselves at the expense of the Iraqi people.
