The Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Douglas, was just in office for "8" months. Now he is dead of a heat attack alledged caused by his hypertension. Yes he died of a heart attack. But was it naturally induced or man made induced?

The Prime Minister was fiercely nationalistic and felt his country was passed over. The previous Prime Minister Charles, was alledged charged of being a puppet government controlled by the CIA.

One great application for MEMS devices is for diabetics. These devices are microchips that would introduce insulin into the bloodstream when the body needs it.

Now lets say a person is suffering from hypertension, and the blood pressure rises, these device can introduce some toxins into the bloodstream to cause a heart attack. Again these are miniature devices that can easily be over looked in any autopsy.

The Prime Minister was very nationalistic and made some visits to Libya and France. He may have upset some people in the NWO or the "Corporation."

Folks, remember the French caught the misuse of Project Echelon and complained to the World. The boys used Echelon to beat SCF-Thompson (a French firm) out of a contract in Brazil.

The CIA and NSA are good organizations when properly used, but we have some very bad apples in high places who are in bed with the multinational corporations and "personally misuse" the CIA and NSA.
