The leaders of the Corporation are the blue bloods of America. Some of the top and less known leaders are Douglas Dillon and Louis Gerstner.

Douglas Dillon came through the ranks via being born into the right family. His father was Clarence Dillon, Rockefeller's lawyer. Ambassador Douglas Dillon was a past Secretary of the Treasury, has connections with the IMF, the World Bank, the Warbougs, had an investment banking firm-- Dillon, Warboug, and Reid and has involvement with Cheswick Management which is located in Greenwich Conn., where Louis Gerstner lives, and finally the Ambassador has a winter home on Jupiter Island Florida next to the Bush Family and a summer home in Maine.

Louis Gerstner on the other hand is self made. He was not born into wealth but made his wealth within the last ten years-- approximately $1,000,000,000 via stock options in IBM. He has capitaned IBM into the main data resource company for the "Corporation". It is interesting to note that the main stock holders of IBM are the State Street Corporation (founded in Boston in 1792), Barclays (the English Merchant Banker) and FMR founded in Boston in the 1940s by Mr. Johnson.

Mr. Gerstner has to thank for his job the Johnson Family of FMR, the people behind State Street and Barclays. He has succeed in making IBM the number one information company in the world.

But what we have to say to these two gentlemen is: The end does not justify the means, and as the Bible says, by their fruits you shall know them.

Mr. Gerstner and Mr. Dillon, one thing we are all sure of -- is our death, and the only thing we take with us in the afterlife is the "Good we Do."
