Germany continues to pay reparations as a result of World War I. But when is enough enough?

Discussions about forced labor payments to thousands of foreign laborers who worked in Germany during World War II have a habit of usually giving birth to more demands as soon as present numbers are settled.
German reparations to foreign governments were settled with the London Agreement of 1953. All debts from the pre-war period, as well as those accrued by demands of the Allies after the war were included. The allies had learned from World War I that the Versailles Treaty demands of payment of 132 million gold marks had contributed to the creation of a world-wide depression, affecting not only Germany but the economics of the former colonies.
The German magazine, Der Spiegel, now reports that Germany today is still paying 10 million marks annually for World War I debts. The payments will end in 2020.
It is not very likely that the average German is even aware of it. This is 100 years after the war ended. Of course it is clear that "debts" for World War II will be paid into infinity to certain groups. So far, the German taxpayers have paid some $300 billion to Israel in cash and other gifts to atone for Adolph Hitler's anti-semitic policy.
