: way the DOD can conduct chemical biowarfare experiments on
: citizens WITHOUT their written consent is if the study is

: federal register for these postings, using the scientific
: lingo which is "aerosol", and you will find a
: triple digit volume of documents in the federal register,
: and all these documents will appear ONLY in the section of
: the commander and chief of the armned forces, the king
: himself, and you will also find that although yes they are
: published in the federal register, but because they are
: classified well you just don't have access to them.

Yes I have seen all this before. Still back to my point it has nothing to do with weather control/modification. Remember I am not de bunking aerial spraying.
