As you read this -- remember that Rumor Mill News told our readers at the
beginning of the Lewinsky scandal that Monica was a victim of generational
mind control.

This information was confirmed by several of our sources. One source added
that Monica was "run" by the Israelis. This source said her parents were

both Mossad agents.

Rumor Mill News Speculated in several emails that Benjamin Netanyahu not
only "bugged" the White House, and had a top Mossad agent sitting within
feet of the Oval Office (Rahm Emanuel), but he personally oversaw the
Lewinsky affair in an attempt to get rid of President Clinton.

The ramifications of the Lewinsky affair are still happening. To get even
with
Netanyahu for the embarassment of the impreachment, Clinton sent James
Carville to Israel to insure that Yahud Barak was elected President of
Israel and Netanyahu was thrown out of power.

To get even with Clinton for deposing him -- Netanyahu and his supporters
urged the conservatives Israeli political parties to pull out of Barak's
coalition, thereby ending his party's majority rule.

Netanyahu's revenge on Clinton will be the denial of a successful "Camp
David" legacy.

Why did I include this seemingly unconnected piece of information as an
intro to an article about mind controll programmer Mark Phillips and Henry
Kissinger?

I did so to show how a mind control victim can be used to bring down a
President -- or try to -- I also wanted to show the ramifications that
reverberate on a world wide level. Monica Lewensky is the reason there will
be no positive and lasting Camp David accords which Clinton wants to use as
his "Legacy."

Once Clinton realizes that his last hope for a Legacy was sabotaged by the
very man who created the Lewinsky episode -- what will Clinton do next?

In other words, something that was set in motion by a mind control victim,
is still on the front burner, creating an extremely unstable world.

who has said that Monica Lewinsky was/is a product of mind control --

"Mark showed me a 8x10 black and white of Monica Lewinsky, a couple of years
before the scandal broke. He said she was a "presidential model" and asked

One last comment on mind control --

The sensationalism of the Project Monarch Sex Slaves has overshadowed the
real reason mind controll techniques were created and perfected.

If someone wanted a sex slave -- they don't need to use sophisticated mind
control techniques, they simply need brute force. If brute force will work
to create sex slaves, then why involve techiniques, drugs and technology
that is so sophisticated that they are only available to world governments?

Could Project Monarch be a cover for something else? And if so, what purpose
does it really serve?

Could it be used to discredit real research into mind control? Could it be
used to focus the public's attention on sensational sex slave stories so
they will miss the real use of mind control?

Monica Lewinsky was used to compromise a president.

Sirhan Sirhan was used to assassinate a presidential candidate.

Hinckly was used in a attempted assassination of President Reagan

One of the Manson girls was used in an attempted assassination of President
Ford.

Mind Control CAN and HAS created Mancurian Candidates --

But there is more that mind control can do -- it can be used to create
political candidates who run for office on one platform -- and then when
elected -- can be "triggered" to carry out their "handlers" agenda. Many
