Ok first off I do not want to come across a argumentative. First off I want to know is, where is any evidence suggesting that the aircraft emmisions are a weather control project? I am not debunking the aircraft emission topic but come on it would seem that this subject is getting the responsibility for just about everything. Second of all do you mean a NATO project or NATO project. If so can you provide proof that NATO is responsible for either weather control or aircraft emissions that would be weather control?
Third with all the known locations for ionospheric heaters throughout the world, and the multitude of information on weather control none of it seems to mention aircraft emmisions as part of the project. The technology that is used for weather control is still pretty much unknown. However the concept is actually quite simple.
Finally I would just like to add that in my extensive research on the subject of weather control, I firmly stand in faith that the questionable aircraft emissions are not responsible for weather control. Population control maybe but definately not weather control. Please do not ask me to prove weather control there is tons of info available on it and I will not spoon feed anyone.
