The death count is now about 14 from the bad water E Coli contamination.

It depends on who is doing the counting as the right wing party that
laid off a thousand health ministry workers in the past 4 years and
ignored warnings about bad water or the opposition parties who allowed
private testing of public water supplies (towns and cities).

In any case, no one is facing up to the factory farm pollution from
million dollar pig barns that are being erected regularly in Southern
Ontario's rich farmlands. Actually many areas now have bad water and for
the FIRST TIME EVER chlorine has to be added to the water pumped from
small town wells. The farms turn out incredible amounts of rich

pollution which is not recycled adequately by simply selling this liquid
to farmers for spraying onto their crop lands as the runoff goes into
streams and rivers when we get extreme rainfalls which have occurred
this spring.

Western Canada is already suffering these problems but without the
excuse of heavy rainfalls.
