Attaining Liberation:
Integrating the Sixteen Planes of Reality

The Cosmic Hierarchy through Karen Danrich

We, the Cosmic Hierarchy, namely Lord Metatron, Lord Averil and Lord Sananda, would like to address each of the sixteen parallel planes of reality that the average human being, with only its inherent two strands of DNA,simultaneously creates. Many channels have brought forth general information surrounding the fact that there are parallel planes of reality that each human being experiences. It is our wish to go in-depth into the nature of each of these planes, how that which is manifested within them isinterrelated, and what an initiate can expect to find upon a given plane during the Ascension process. Each of these sixteen planes of reality must be fully integrated in order for an initiate to complete Initiation 1024 and attain the state known as "Complete Liberation." It is not our wish to go in-depth on the initiation process. This has already been covered in our previous channeling, and we suggest that our readership seek this material out, if they have not already done so.

The human form that has been incarnate upon the Earth for the past 10,000 years is fragmented into sixteen planes of reality. The fragmentation is the result of the "Fall," which left the human form with only two strands of DNA. Each plane of reality contains either a physical or non-physical embodiment with a complete life scenario simultaneously recorded. Each plane of a given embodiment experiences its own creation of friends, enemies, relatives, work, real estate holdings, investments, and ultimately its own karmic dance and ongoing dramas. Each plane, in essence, is a separate lifetime of its own, complete with all of the emotional memories inherent within the life dramas experienced.

Each of the sixteen planes work in counterbalance to one or more of the other planes, keeping polarity in balance within a given embodiment and incarnation. For example, if one experiences tremendous wealth within the physical plane embodiment, one will simultaneously experience extreme poverty and homelessness within another parallel plane physical embodiment. If one experiences extremely polarized personality traits, such as one who is very gregarious and social within their physical plane embodiment, one will simultaneously experience an extremely withdrawn and hermit-like embodiment on another parallel physical plane of reality. If one experiences having a successful relationship and marriage upon the physical plane, one will simultaneously create the experience of having a series of unsuccessful relationships (or no relationship at all) upon a parallel physical plane of reality. Each of the sixteen planes of reality work to counterbalance the swing of polarity experienced within the physical plane embodiment, thus keeping all the energy within each human being's creation in balance.

Each plane has been compartmentalized and separated off, allowing each human to have little memory of anything other than their current physical plane creation. Each of these sixteen planes are lived and recorded during Dreamtime but not during the Dreamtime recalled upon waking. For the vast majority of humanity, the fifteen other planes of reality are experienced during the Dreamtime that only occurs during the deepest sleep. One exception to this experience lies within those who are often labeled "schizophrenic" by your current psychological professionals. Schizophrenics have the capability to experience their Dreamtime consciously. The confusion that a schizophrenic experiences is a result of the fact that they experience sixteen lives lived simultaneously. Our channel has had much success in assisting those who have been labeled "schizophrenic" by closing down the portholes between the planes of reality, thus allowing them to begin to separate the physical plane from the alternate planes of reality. Our channel was born with the genetic capacity to experience conscious Dreamtime and was open at birth to each of sixteen planes of reality, and so she understands the dilemma of those who experience all of the planes without understanding what they are or how they are constructed. We share this for those of you who are healers, who can request, on behalf of a patient suffering from schizophrenia, that the portholes between the sixteen planes of reality be closed off.
Within the native traditions, those who experienced schizophrenia often became the shaman (or medicine man or woman) for the tribe. The shaman (or medicine man or woman) could access all of the planes of reality for the purposes of healing the cause of an ailment that was not a result of something incurred upon the physical plane of reality. The shaman (or medicine man or woman) had the capacity to experience conscious Dreamtime, not only of their own sixteen planes of reality but of the Dreamtime of others. They could thereby repair any cause of an illness or ailment that was a result of an experience upon another parallel plane of reality for their patient.

Many hallucinogenic drugs (such as peyote) open up those who ingest such substances to their own parallel lives. In native traditions, the use of such substances was for spiritual quest and healing. The journey that resulted from the ingestion of peyote was considered sacred, and the initiate could access manifestations on other planes of reality that were related to ailments, difficulties, or blockages within their physical life, for the purposes of clearing the cause of the problem. Those who utilize such substances for sacred purposes, were always guided by the spirit or medicine behind the peyote, along with the Creator himself, thereby insuring a safe and productive journey. Those who use such hallucinogenic substances for the purposes of entertainment or escapism experience further aging and depletion of life-force, because the forces of the dark (such as the Illuminati) utilize such substances to take away life-force or chi from the user. When utilized with a sacred intent, the medicine and Creator prevents the forces of the dark from interfering with the purpose of the journey, which results in a renewed energy field rather than a depleted one. Our channel has learned that the intent behind any experience affects the outcome. She has also learned that there is a "medicine" behind every living thing on Earth. Tobacco contains the medicine of prayer and blessings. When one smokes out of the joy of life (and with the intent to thank the Creator for all that they have received), the experience of smoking can do no harm to the body, as the Creator and medicine of tobacco block such injury. Many times, our channel has instructed those with an addiction to smoking to throw away the cigarettes, buy a real pipe and real tobacco, and smoke in the joy and sacredness of life and in thanks to the Creator for all that they have. In this way, the addiction is broken and the substance is utilized with sacred intent. Alcohol also contains a medicine, the medicine of celebration.Our channel has had an addiction to alcohol in the past. She quickly learned that when she ingested a glass of wine out of the intent to celebrate in the joy of life and in thanks to the Creator, she would only experience a beautiful euphoric state, bypassing any experience of drunkenness. In honoring the sacredness behind all of life and drinking only out of celebration, her addiction to alcohol was broken.

There is absolutely nothing upon the physical plane that has not been created without a purpose, medicine or reason. And, there is nothing that is not a part of God, Goddess, All-That-Is. Our channel had judgment surrounding certain dietary habits, both within herself and others, including the consumption of animal products. As she transcended her sixteenth Initiation, she was taken out to dinner by her five-year-old son and the Creator of our Creation (Lord Athena) who instructed her to order a pepperoni pizza and consume it. He told her that the pepperoni upon her pizza was a part of Him and could not possibly do her harm. All experiences of disease are a reflection of the lack of honor that one holds towards their own embodiment and towards all of life. As we embrace honor and restore the sacredness to all experiences, the disease, addiction and judgment prevalent within humanity will become an experience of the past.

Our channel discovered that there was not only a consciousness or spirit behind living things but also non-living things, such as toxic substances including heavy metals, pesticides and food additives. Our channel discovered that when she made a request to the consciousness behind such substances as toxins to support the life within her embodiment, they responded by elevating their vibration to match her resonance, alleviating any harmful effect upon her body. Everything upon Earth, whether it be living or man-made, holds a vibration. Illness and disease are a result of mismatched vibrations within one's embodiment. If one holds the intent that all molecules within their embodiment resonate in harmony with their life and well being, so it will be. And substances such as toxins will cease to have a negative effect upon one's life. As all of humanity transcends their belief in toxins, the resonance of all molecules upon Earth will come into harmony, and the "toxic mess" that humanity has created will be healed in a moment.

Our purpose in sharing this with our readership has to do with the experience of judgment. It is human nature to be filled with judgment about such things as the use of alcohol or tobacco, along with dietary habits, body weight, spiritual practices, appearance, sexual preferences, financial holdings, and fame or success. Many of you have heard that all judgment is self-judgment. Each of us experiences the full range of creative potential when all of the sixteen planes of reality are examined. If one is in judgment of something that they see within another, they are truly in judgment of themselves on another plane of reality, where they have manifested that exact same characteristic or experience for themselves. Many of you have heard that every experience created within one's physical lifetime is a mirror of oneself. The fragmentation of the human form into sixteen planes of reality creates a holographic energy field around one's embodiment. This holographic energy field attracts only those people and experiences that match the other fifteen personality characteristics and experiences manifested within the fifteen other planes of reality. For example, if one attracts a close friend who is experiencing a difficult separation and divorce from their partner, they themselves are experiencing their own difficult divorce upon a parallel plane of reality. If one attracts a close friend who has a specific disease and dies, they are experiencing their own battle with just such a disease and death upon a parallel plane of reality. If one attracts a homosexual friend when they themselves are heterosexual, they are exploring homosexuality upon a parallel plane of reality. Likewise, if one holds judgment about another's circumstances or personality characteristics, it is because they hold judgments about their own like circumstances or characteristics upon another plane of reality.

If an initiate is experiencing difficulty with disease or circumstances within their current physical plane embodiment, the need to continue to experience such a disease or circumstance will cease as the polar opposite experience on other planes of reality are integrated during the Ascension process. The experience of polarity can only be held in place when both ends of the two poles are simultaneously expressed. In order for one to have disease or difficulty upon the physical plane, the simultaneous manifestation of complete health and a difficulty-free existence is manifest within the parallel planes of reality. As the initiate integrates the two polarities, they come to the middle path, and they are free to manifest whatever they choose. In the above case, they would choose to manifest their health or a solution to their difficult circumstances, and because the polarity had been eliminated, they would be free to bring their goal to fruition.

Prior to the Ascension process, the medicine man or woman, doctor or healer, would delve into the parallel life manifestation, altering the polarity, thus altering the physical plane manifestation. For example, if the patient had manifested a disease upon the physical plane, the healer would assist in moving the disease to all of the appropriate alternate planes of reality, thus allowing the physical embodiment to recover its health. The healer may have had no conscious understanding of how they had accomplished the "healing" but was gifted in manipulating the different planes in such a way that the polarities could be reversed. The soul incarnate within the patient would have to comply with the manipulation, however, which is why healers have success with some and not with others. We share this with those of you who are healers, such that you can become more conscious of how a healing is created. Not all of humanity will be able to integrate all of the planes of reality immediately, and if a particular embodiment is terribly sick, they will not have the strength necessary to move forward in the Ascension process. Reversing the planes of reality in such a way that they can recover their health will allow them to move forward on their spiritual path.

The Godhead of our creation on the 360th dimension has released all karma from the human genetic experience, thus allowing forgiveness to prevail. There is no human currently present upon Earth who cannot receive the love, blessing and forgiveness offered, thereby allowing a complete recovery of any disease (if they consciously choose this outcome). Please keep in mind that a conscious commitment and intent to recover within the initiate is imperative. It is often human nature to want to "heal others" or "fix others" who do not have the internal commitment to their own recovery. If the experience of disease or death is chosen by another, those of us on the spiritual path must allow them their creation. Oftentimes, if forgiveness cannot be embraced by another, the experience of disease or death allows for the completion of karma that must be healed in order for the soul involved to continue its evolution.

Not all of the souls incarnate upon Earth have the goal of ascending to the next dimension. Approximately fifty per cent of the souls currently present on Earth are here strictly to complete karma that has been incurred during the "Fall" and are not ready for fifth-dimensional consciousness. As they exit the Earth plane, they will continue their evolution elsewhere in third-dimensional form. In order for Earth to ascend, all karma that created the "Fall" must be cleared, and these souls are here to assist in the overall goal of Ascension of the Earth Mother, and we must allow them their drama, as it serves the greater good of the whole.

In the Ascension process, all of the planes of reality are integrated, eliminating the need to experience polarity forevermore, thereby eliminating the need to experience any disease or hardship. As an initiate integrates their own personality characteristics and experiences inherent upon all of the fifteen other planes of reality, judgment of self and all others ceases, and one attains complete liberation. In complete liberation, life ceases to be a mirror of fragmented parts of self and becomes the creative, joyful exploration of spirit in form, which is what the human experience was intended to be within our original blueprint.

Now, it is our wish to go into depth about the sixteen planes of reality. The first eight planes are related to one's conscious manifestations, and the second eight planes are related to one's unconscious manifestations. In general, all conscious manifestations parallel one's current physical plane life experiences. Within the unconscious planes of reality, the exact polar opposite manifestations are recorded. This is true both individually and collectively. Collectively, the conscious physical plane world is at peace, more or less. In the unconscious physical plane manifestation, World War III is underway. Please know that this is a good thing, and as long as World War III has been manifested collectively on the unconscious Earth plane, it cannot be manifested upon the conscious physical plane, as the polarity would be out of balance.

The secret order of Melchizedek were responsible for twisting the conscious and unconscious planes of reality of the Earth Mother around the turn of the century. In the late 1800s, civilization upon Earth was heading for a rise in consciousness and, had it continued, humanity would have awoken of their own accord and ascended. The secret order decided to put an end to this. In twisting the planes of reality, that which should have manifested on the unconscious Earth plane, ended up manifesting physically. This includes World War I, World War II, Hiroshima, the Holocaust, the intervention of the Greys and all of their abductions, and Vietnam. In 1988, the Sirians intervened at the request of the Godhead, and the planes of reality were untwisted, thus allowing World War III to be manifested on the unconscious planes of reality. World War III began upon the Unconscious Causal Plane in October 1991 and upon the Unconscious Physical Plane in October of 1997.

The 1988 Sirian intervention also preprogrammed humanity for a quickened awakening. Approximately fifty per cent of the souls then incarnate upon Earth "walked out" in 1988, because they were not ready for the quickening in evolution necessary for both humanity and the Earth Mother to make their Ascension. These souls have gone to a planet in the Pleiades with similar genetic problems to humanity, along with the Third-Dimensional Hierarchy. In 1996, as the Fourth-Dimensional Hierarchy was anchored, an additional twenty-five per cent of the world population "walked-out." In 1997, as the Fifth-Dimensional Hierarchy was anchored, yet an additional twenty per cent of the world population "walked-out." There are no souls currently incarnate upon Earth who are not in affinity with the Ascension of the Earth Mother, and they have come from galaxies far and wide to assist at this special time of need, bearing information that will assist in bringing the Golden Age to fruition.
Many have heard that the end of the Mayan calendar is between the years 2012 and 2015. Please understand that there are distortions within your current calendar system. The death of the man known as Jesus appears to have been set back by three years. Additionally, the twelve month calendar adds one year every 365 (leap year), adding an additional six years to your calendar. In all, your current calendar is approximately nine years off, making the actual date closer to the Mayan year 2007. This is why there is such a push towards your awakening at this time, and the push is coming from the Creator of your Creation, Lord and Lady Athena, and our Godhead from the 360th dimension. The Earth collectively must reach the lowest octave of a fifth-dimensional vibration by your year 2003 to make entry into the next phase of the Photon Belt. For those of you who are consciously upon the spiritual path, the time is NOW, and one's spiritual unfolding must take precedence above all else.

The Eight Conscious Planes of Reality

The Eight Conscious Planes of Reality are integrated by the end of the 12th Spiritual Initiation. (For more information on initiations 112, please see "Attaining the State of the Christ.")

Unconscious Dreamtime

The "Unconscious Dreamtime" is a non-physical plane of reality which manifests in exact polar opposite to one's conscious physical plane life experiences. Because it is non-physical in nature, many more experiences can be made manifest upon this plane than upon the physical plane. For example, our channel discovered that every relationship that did not come to fruition upon the physical plane, manifested to completion within the unconscious Dreamtime plane of reality. For example, each romantic relationship that was not manifested physically was brought to fruition in a marriage, home, and children, followed by separation and divorce, upon the unconscious Dreamtime plane. Additionally, our channel experienced any business relationship that was unsuccessful upon the physical plane was brought to fruition in a successful creation of some sort, followed by an end to the business and relationship, upon the unconscious Dreamtime plane. Because the unconscious Dreamtime is a nonphysical plane, such experiences can be created and destroyed very rapidly and in great number. There is also no limitation to
the creations that can be made within this plane of reality as none of the fear-based beliefs have any effect. The purpose of each of such creations is to counterbalance the polar opposite experience created upon the physical plane of reality. As an initiate integrates the unconscious Dreamtime plane, they will release any related karmic agreements. The unconscious Dreamtime plane is fully integrated by the end of the 6th Spiritual Initiation.

Subconscious Dreamtime or Astral Body

The Subconscious Dreamtime contains a non-physical body that accesses what is known as the "Astral Plane." The "astral plane" is a plane of reality in which all of the ancestors (who have died at some point and time during the past 10,000 years) have retained a non-physical form and continued their evolution. It is upon this plane of reality that humanity can continue to experience encounters with deceased relatives or the ancestors of various indigenous nations. Oftentimes, if a spouse dies within the physical plane of reality, the marriage continues on the astral plane of reality, and the individual involved continually experiences the reunion during dreamtime. It is through the astral plane of reality that our ancestors often continue to influence one's physical life experiences.

It is also the astral plane entities and ancestors that mediums, psychics, and channels (who have not moved much beyond the 12th Spiritual Initiation within their own embodiment) usually tap into as they give a reading. We would like to address the difficulty of what is called "channeling" within your current physical reality. It is very difficult for those beings of a higher vibration or dimension to clearly channel through humans who have not completed their upper initiations. There are many entities who often claim that they are "Lord Buddha" or "Lord Sananda," thus releasing much misinformation. It is imperative that initiates begin to look within, rather than continually relying upon others for guidance, and to be selective with those who they choose for healing or assistance. For those of you who can easily "feel" energy, if the energy that a particular healer is channeling does not feel loving, nurturing or healing, know that it is not in your best interest to work with them. For those of you who are in a healing practice, consciously declare your boundaries. Long ago, our channel made the boundary that only that which was in affinity with her own soul and soul purpose upon Earth could channel through her. As she has gotten higher in vibration, it is difficult for anything below the 25th dimension to even get near her embodiment, and this has made the quality of her channeling far less distorted than in an earlier time in her teaching and healing endeavors. As more individuals attain the upper initiations, a new paradigm in teaching, healing, channeling and spiritual leadership will come forth upon the Earth plane.

At one time, the astral plane was make up of a total of eight sub-planes. The lower four sub-planes within the astral plane contained beings who had passed over and held the belief in "Hell" or "Purgatory," and it was upon these sub-planes that they were left to their own creation of an often torturous nature. In March of 1995, the lower four sub-planes within the astral plane were removed from Earth, as Earth had gotten too high in vibration to continue to contain them. Any ancestor trapped within the four sub-planes were subsequently re-educated and moved to the upper astral sub-planes.

Recently, the remaining upper four sub-planes of the astral plane have been completely moved off of Earth as, again, the Earth has gotten too high in vibration to contain them. The upper four sub-planes and all of the ancestors upon them were moved to the planet Niburi [Nibiru?], which contained the unconscious records of all lifetimes lived upon the Earth plane. Any soul trapped upon the astral plane has had an opportunity to review their unconscious records, embrace forgiveness, release their karma, and move on to other incarnating opportunities within third-dimensional form.

Both the unconscious Dreamtime and the subconscious Dreamtime are unified into the lightbody upon completion of the 6th Spiritual Initiation. The lightbody is not limited to the astral or unconscious dreamtime Earthbound planes of reality and has the ability to travel to other solar systems or galaxies for education during Dreamtime. At this juncture of history, less than one per cent of the population has yet to spiritually complete the 6th Spiritual Initiation.

Those initiates who wish to continue to reach deceased relatives may do so with their lightbody. Many deceased relatives continue to make on-going contact with those of us who are currently alive and well upon the Earth plane. This is simply because our awakening and rising awareness contributes to their own soul's evolution. Even though many of our ancestors souls are not ready for Ascension at this point in time, at some juncture, each part of third-dimensional form will ascend, and their observation of our present evolution contributes to their own future Ascension. Additionally, many of the indigenous ancestors have chosen to remain on Earth in assistance to our evolution and are working in affinity with the Divine Plan, Lady Gaia, and our Creator Logos. As Earth ascends, they, too, will move on to other evolutionary opportunities. As an initiate integrates the subconscious Dreamtime, related family and genetic agreements and karma are released. The astral plane is fully integrated upon completion of the 7th Spiritual Initiation.

Causal Plane
The "Causal Plane" is another physical plane of reality that vibrates exactly one octave higher than the physical plane. It is upon the causal plane that both the individual and humanity at large "test runs" their physical plane manifestations. Manifestations upon the causal plane are often as much as five to six years ahead of one's present physical plane manifestations and are subject to less restriction. Only seventy per cent of an individual's fear-based patterning affects the causal plane, which sometimes means that certain manifestations created upon the causal plane never come to be upon the physical plane. Our channel experienced a beautiful relationship with her "twin flame" that came to fruition with relative ease upon the causal plane. This relationship may never come to be on the physical plane due to all of the fear-based beliefs that her twin flame's current embodiment has yet to release.

It may interest our readership to know that the causal body will contain the physical expression of personality characteristics that are in exact opposition to one's physical persona. In a sense, two physical embodiments are made manifest, each expressing a different polarity of personality characteristics. For example, our channel was extremely social on the physical plane, with a great deal of physical energy and stamina, and a hermit on the causal plane, with much less intensity or physical stamina. Other than the personality differences, the causal plane tends to parallel the physical plane in that which is manifested.

Recently, the veil between the causal plane and physical plane has become very thin. Oftentimes, clairvoyants unwittingly access the causal plane and make predictions for their client's life based on a time-frame that is way ahead of schedule. Our channel has had her workshop participants conscious Lightbodies travel to their causal plane reality to see for themselves what they are attempting to manifest within their own personal future.

Upon completion of the 8th Spiritual Initiation, one's causal body ascends off of the causal plane and merges with one's physical consciousness. This does not mean that the individual ceases to create their causal experiences, however, but that they are able to move in and out of the causal plane at will. Our channel continues to review many causal plane experiences that she is grateful for having "test run" on another plane of reality. The gift in reviewing her causal experiences is that certain mistakes or pitfalls that had been made can now be avoided upon the physical plane, based on the lessons learned from the "test run."

It is anticipated that the majority of humanity will spiritually complete the 8th Spiritual Initiation by the end of 1998. In so doing, the causal plane will "test run" the Earth Mother's and humanity's Ascension. This is in preparation for our Ascension to the fifth dimension anticipated in our calendar year 2003. By the end of 1998, as the causal Earth ascends, the veil between the fourth and fifth dimensions will become very thin. At this juncture, it will become possible for those spiritual initiates who have attained a state of "Complete Liberation" to begin to access the fifth dimension and come and go at will between the fourth- and fifth-dimensional worlds.

As an initiate integrates their causal body, they begin to integrate those personality characteristics that are polar opposite to who they are upon the physical plane, which allows them to come more to the middle path. Additionally, gifts and abilities that have come to fruition on the causal plane can be brought forth onto the physical plane. For example, as soon as our channel integrated her causal body, she began to teach Ascension upon the physical plane. Upon the causal plane, she had been a well-known teacher and author on Ascension for over a decade, and it was not until the causal plane was integrated that these skills could come forth physically.
