Probably the main candidate to expose the Dominica base is Ross Perot. Mr. Perot is NOT one of the boys. He is "Ross Perot", and a person who loves America. He has been asked on many occasions to join "the Cabal" but "always" refuses.

When Mr. Perot dropped out the presidential race in 1992, many Americans were disappointed. However, what recently has surfaced via Chip Tatum makes me know why he did what he did.

It seems like the Republicans and Democrats are not going to look into the Dominica matter ..the Secret NON USA Echelon Base... for what reason, I leave it up to them to explain.

So this leaves the Indepentent Party, lets hope they take this ball and runs with it. Several TV shows and a major media finding ...will make Americans think. And they can show their thoughts on Election Day.

If this is done this will be a major set back for the high Cabal. In reality, it will be the best thing for their children and their children's children.
