In the 21 century, the method for a new world society, has its foundation in global smart card and/or embedded chips in some form.
The "major concern" with this technology is based primarily on the fact that these chips can not be forged or duplicated: namely there is only one source for these chips.
There is only one way to maintain the sole sourceness of these chips is to completely control the manufacture of them.
Consequently if these chips had design rules of say 0.1 of a micron, then they can only be manufactured by an x-ray lithographic manufacturing process. If and when these systems can be built they would conservatively cost $10M a piece, and would entail not only science but the "ART" of nanotechnology fabrication.
It would be near if not extremely impossible for these x ray lithographic steppers, to be control other than those who develop these tools-- step and repeat tools with x-ray light sources either by laser induced xrays or using a synchrotron. This is why the IBM corporation spent over $4,000,000,000 to control this technology. Yet they have not been able to build a "manufacturing type tool." (Development tools yes but no manufacturing tools.)
There are only a handful of companies that have the potential capabilities to build such a tool.
There are less than 11 companies in the world to take on this task. Remember it is not just a science but an art.
Only two companies had the greatest potential to build this tool; and both are gone. One was Hampshire Instruments and the other was BBE.
At present the powers to be have entrusted this technology to a company called Karl Suess with locations in Vermont and Germany; and SVL Lithography, the old Perkin Elmer lithography group.
For the read knowledge, the manufacturing of semiconduction chips isbased on the optical lithgraphical tools of Perkin Elmer. They taught the Japanese and the world how to manufacture chips.
This is the KEY TOOL for semiconductor chip manufacturing.
There were several other companies but basically everthing came from Perkin Elmer or were spun off from this company in the early 1970s. IBM could not have manufactured a chip with the technology of Perkin Elmer... same with Intel etc.
For the x-ray lithographic tool, Hampshire Instruments was close to completing this manufacturing system, but the Boys bankrupted the company (because they could not be control its founder -- Moshe Lubin who they funded).
After his company was gone our company BBE came on the scene. We were in the process of trying to buy the Patents of Hampshire, and had several agreements with the State of New York who owned the patents. However IBM pressured the State not to sell the patents to us.
We were not allowed to buy the patent:
Question who bought Lubins patents after his murder and company failed? THE ANSWER IS NO ONE.
IBM and the octopus companies wanted no one to own them but they wanted the Hampshire patents to go into default, so they can use them and rediscover them for their own use. So that is why I was bibed $1,500,000 "not" to pursue these patents.
BBE just wanted to make job, be an american company, and deal with all --- all with the spirit and letter of the laws of the USA.
We were willing to deal with all....but they destroyed the company, looted the documents, murdered my sister, and caused severe psychological damage to my wife of over 30 years. From where I sit it became apparent that the police, FBI etc are afraid of the Octopus companies and their influence.
They murdered Moshe Lubin, made his childrem think he committed sucide, and did a number on me.
My investigation lead to this ... please read if you haven't.... and you will see the big picture http://www.wine-storage.com/dominica.html
