Many people have seened blue lights in the sky from the collapse of the telescope in South Africa (earlier post on RMN), to holograms (images in the sky), to a series of other phenomena. The question is: What are they?...where do they come from?..and who is doing this?

This answer is based on hard objective evidence. From our star war programs and other air force programs we have; (1) high powered lasers based in satellites in the sky; (2) these are chemical or solid state lasers like a dueterium flouride chemical laser or a Nd:Yag laser solid state laser, etc. (3) These lasers have wavelengths in the micron region and the radiation is invisible to the human eye, finally (3) what is new, is that we have perfected nonlinear optical crystals such as KDP etc materials, which allow for the frequency doubling or quadrupling which cuts the wavelength in half or a quarter ..so 1 micron is a 1/2 micron and 2 microns or 1/4 fo 2 is 1/2 micron...radiation in the 1/2 micron region is blue light....these crystals and other like them have been around for over 50 years but their efficiency for transmission of radiations through them were not improved..but they are now....so this phenomena is not from aliens, but the USA or Russians playing games on the amercan public...If it's the USA, shame on Livermore National Laboration (LLL) in California and their contractors...if it's the Russians, then they better get cracking in Washington and realize that the Teller created old Group at LLL are out of the loop...especially in nonlinear optical materials...No matter how you look at it...It's a screw up followed by a mess up and ending in a cover up.
